*DO NOT USE THEM* The only reason you see good reviews is that they force you to remove bad comments after offering you a settlement. I'd rather let people know what a nightmare this was then to take their pitiful settlement. Horrible customer service, deceiving and over 3 hours late! The company falsely advertised free furniture wrapping when in fact they charge for everything but the blankets. They do not include these fees in their quote. They charged me an additional $300+ for stuff they claim is free in their marketing email. Copied from the email - All Moves Include FREE of Charge: · Professional Moving Consultant that will guide you throughout the move. · Professional moving crew. · Basic Liability Protection · Transportation of your shipment including all Taxes, Tolls & Mileage. · Loading and unloading of your items. · Wrapping of furniture with moving pads (blankets) · Standard disassembly and assembly of furniture. No one I spoke with, and I spoke with a couple, decided to mention that these fees would be included. If a company is going to give a quote they should have to include the fees for wrapping the furniture.
