 + -1 moreI was not satisfied with the services. She kept telling me (and in the contract) that her markup is only 20%. We wound up voiding the contract because we could not agree on a contractor (the quote for hers was $14000 and that did not meet my budget). Every time I tried to modify the project to meet the budget she talked me out of it. I wound up ordering all the materials from her and picking them up myself, whereupon I discovered that she was really charging close to a 40% margin. Additionally, I was charged for things not ordered and it was difficult to get a refund.
Description of Work: I wanted to update two bathrooms. Basic - tile, paint, vanity, sink, fixtures, countertop, mirror. My budget was $15K.
