+ -1 moreThe first time I used him there had been a coupon offer on Angieslist. He (and I) forgot about it when he charged me. I got a call later from him saying that he had realized the mistake and credited my card 10% of the bill. Do you need to know anything more?
Description of Work: I have used Edwin Flores twice and both times found him to be very professional and responsive. He shows up when he says he will. He had the cartridges for two different faucets with him and diagnosed some problems in our basement for which he provided quotes.

Description of Work: This is the second time I am using Ed. The first time was last fall when I tried him off of the Angie's List referral. I found him to be courteous, professional and intent on doing a good job. When we had plumbing problems recently on some of our rental property ( trouble with the drains in two bath tubs), I did not hesitate to call Ed again. Ed came promptly; took care of the problems. The total charge was $225.00, which included a service charge. I never recommend someone unless I have personally used them and am thoroughly satisfied with their work. I am strongly recommending Ed. I plan on using him from now on!

+ 0 moreI called Chicagoland Plumbing and spoke with Edwin. He was extremely courteous and professional as I explained my plumbing needs. I needed to replace a faulty toilet and my tub/shower as well as install a new hot water heater. He was able to come out the next day for an estimate. He arrived on time, was very professional and suggested a cost effective way to handle my problems. His price was very reasonable, so I scheduled him to come back one week later to do the work. I supplied the fixtures I wanted him to install. He arrived on time, had all the appropriate materials, worked efficiently and completed the work in the time he estimated. When he was done, he left the bathroom and water heater room spotless. We were extremely pleased with the results and would use Edwin again without a doubt.
Description of Work: Replaced bathroom plumbing fixtures and installed new hot water heater.

+ -1 moreWe had severe flooding in the finished basement of our house. I had several estimates done which all exceeded $7500 to replace the exterior drain tiles believed to be collapsed by the opposing estimates. Chicagoland Plumbing s initial instinct was to send a camera down and power rod the four exterior drain tiles all the way to the street and try to alleviate any obstruction that may exist. As expected there was an obstruction that was opened up with a power rodder and we have not had any flooding since. The honesty of this company saved us a significant amount of money. Chicagoland Plumbing now handles the maintenance on all of my residential and commercial property.
Description of Work: I had four exterior drain tiles power rodded out to clean several obstructions found by small video camera which was sent down the drains.
