It couldn't possibly take this long and I was concerned about being over charged.

The handyman arrived ahead of time and called first. He did a nice, neat job and finished within the two hour window. I plan to use him again for other projects that I have planned.

He was very self sufficient, and got the job done on time, on budget. Very pleasant and responsive. He even offered to help me out and carry the disassembled parts to the alley for garbage pickup. Great service!

We have the work scheduled for next week. Scheudling the deal was fine.

I had to call and email this service provider numerous times with no communication. When I finally did speak to him he informed me he could not provide the service when I needed. Communication was horrible.

I talked to Matt on the phone asking him to put me on the schedule for replacing the shutters on our home. While he was extremely helpful in advising me on where to get shutters on my own so that we wouldn't have to spend the time or money waiting for him to do it, on the day the actual handyman (not Matt) showed up, he could not do the work. I had specifically said on the phone that we had a 2 1/2 story house, and the handyman did not have a ladder anywhere near long enough. He had not been told by Matt that he would need one. So I had to postpone the work (and take another full day off my job) to reschedule. I did not appreciate this at all, since I was so specific at the time I booked the appointment. Matt called me back about this problem, but was not remotely apologetic -- I got a "well, it happens" kind of tone from him. I think he should've done *something* to make up for his mistake. The handyman, on the second date, was on time and did the work well. My only issue with this gentleman is that he was a smoker, and came into the home to do the bathroom repair reeking of cigarette smoke. He did the shutter replacement and vent fan stabilization well.

Nice guys and easy to schedule with.Make sure to have all the materials you need beforehand. If you dont know, ask. I typically buy more than what we may need and return what wasn't used.

Handyman was super nice and incredibly knowedgeable, but way too chatty.

provider was punctual, pleasant, and informative; techically accomplished; clearly knew what he was doing; actually did a clean up afterwards, which I have learned not to take for granted.

They were fabulous to work with over the phone.

We discussed what was to be done and the work was done quickly and with good quality. The service person was very nice and professional.

Aaron called and said he was running ahead and offered to come early, if we wanted. Very polite and professional. He fixed A LOT of little things that needed fixing, like installing a gliding under-counter trash can, replacing a smoke detector, and rehanging some blinds. He even managed to unstick a salt shaker cap that we hadn't been able to remove. Nice job.

Everything went well. I had one window that was stuck and was fixed quickly. So quickly, that I had a difficult time finding other things for the handyman to do with the remaining time purchased. He then fixed a screen, lubricated storm windows, and other misc items. I'm rating the quality a B since the handyman did not go above and beyond for the service just did things exactly as I told (which was perfectly fine.) I'm a little unsure if the Angie's List deal is worth or not, though as I've heard from neighbors that they regularly pay their handymen a similar rate.

Very well. He was on time, courteous and knew how to do the work I asked him to do. He was done early and volunteered to do other work that may be needed.

I had originally planned to have them fix the track lights and replace the light fixture. Aaron arrived on time and assessed the problems. He started work right away and finished both projects quickly. He then set about working on the other tasks listed-above. He made sure I knew what each task involved and how he was going to handle it. The end-result is that he finished with time to spare and I am one very pleased customer. Aaron was punctual, polite, conscientious, and hard-working. He exceeded my expectations and I will definitely use their services again when the need arises, as well as strongly recommend them to friends in need of a handyman.

He did not return my calls. He finally called me today and told me he does not work after 5:00pm or weekends. I would have liked to have know this before I purchased this deal.

Overall I can say it was OK. I was a bit surprised at the lack of things that he could do. Their site says that they do electrical work and plumbing, yet many of the things I requested he was unable to do. In the interest of being fair possibly the jobs were more difficult than a handyman can work on. I don't know. It just seemed like I ended up thinking of things he could do because there were so many things that he said he couldn't do. One unusual thing occurred in that the handyman walked off with the sheet of plexiglass that my husband and I had purchased to replace the broken window. I saw him walking through the house with it and assumed he was taking it out to the truck to cut it down to size. It was only after he left that I saw he used something else to fix the window and was surprised that he took our sheet of plexiglass. I can't understand why this was done. Possibly an oversight, but when it was discovered, it should have been returned to us. In light of this, the inability to perform many of our requested tasks and the taking of the plexiglass we will not be using this particular company again.

Two guys came, went to purchase necessary materials and completed the job on time. Everything went well and looks great.

I do not recommend this company. I booked the $98 two hour special. I called the company and booked an appointment for 8am on Friday. Handyman didn't show for the appointment. I called the office, and they were at least relatively responsive in trying to get a hold of the guy that didn't show. The handyman then wanted to then come by at 10-10:30 and I told him that would not work. I called the office back and they assured me this was an aberation and we rescheduled for the next Friday at 8am with a different one of their handymen, Sam. Next Friday comes around and Sam doesn't show. I call the office and they call me back 30 min later saying they can't find Sam either. Needless to say, fool me once shame on you, fool me twice, shame on you. The office called me back and offered a refund plus a free two hours of service by a handyman. Of course, with the experience of having two no shows, I lacked any confidence the person would show and even less that I could get the work done correctly. Thus, I chose to get a refund and have it done by another handyman service.

The provider arrived on time, did an assessment of the jobs to be done, and performed them in a professional manner. He was very friendly, knowledgeable and efficient! Thanks so much!

My experience was good. Scheduling an appointment was very easy. We had to talk a little about what I wanted done. Eventually, he understood what I wanted done and that I did not want to put a new door frame on. We did have an issue with their timeliness.

It turned out OK and it was easy to schedule. The pricing was fine. He called and said he could be here early if it was OK with us. He wasn’t able to get to everything on our list.

Everything went as planned. They were efficient and easy to work with. I would use them again.

Two representatives showed up on-time, and completed all work (including a run to Home Depot) within the purchased two hour window. They were both so nice & helpful & skillful ~ a pleasure to work with! They are honest & skillful men ~ I would defintely call them back for additional projects in the future. Very happy with this experience :)
