Description of Work: FOUR DEADBOLT LOCKS ON MY HOUSE AND GARAGE WERE REKEYED AND MAINTENANCE WAS PERFORMED. THEY RESPONDED IN A LITTLE OVER AN HOUR ON A SATURDAY WITHOUT ANY ADDITIONAL CHARGES OR OVERTIME. ANOTHER, HIGHLY RATED LOCKSMITH TOLD ME HE WOULD HAVE TO CHARGE MORE FOR THE SATURDAY CALL AND OVERTIME, SINCE HE COULDN'T GET TO IT UNTIL THAT AFTERNOON, WHICH WAS AFTER THEIR SHORT, SATURDAY BUSINESS HOURS. ALL WORK WAS COMPLETED EFFICIENTLY AND PROFESSIONALLY. HE DID NOT EVEN CHARGE ME FOR MAKING TEN COPIES OF THE WRONG KEY. ALTHOUGH I HAD MISTAKENLY TOLD THEM MY LOCKS WERE MADE BY A DIFFERENT MANUFACTURER.

Description of Work: KEYS TO CAR STOLEN. WITHIN 12 HOURS OF CALL, THEY CAME TO OUR HOUSE AND MADE 2 NEW KEYS AND REPROGRAMMED THE MICROCHIPS IN THE KEYS. THEY ALSO LEFT US WITH A THIRD SPARE KEY AS A LESS EXPENSIVE OPTION TO REPLACING A STOLEN REMOTE.
