Description of Work: After some repair work, the locks needed to be changed on a rental building. I asked a neighbor for a recommendation and Ashland Lock was the suggestion. They were professional on the phone, in emails and in person. The work was more entailed that just changing cylinders and they did a good job.

Description of Work: They were able to organize everything I wanted and get to my house withing a few days. They sorked on on locks and on a safe -- the locks were challenging but they found everything they needed and got the job done that I wanted. Description of Work: Had four doors rekeyed. Job was done within 30 minutes, and they were able to accommodate my request for an appointment two days after I called, which is what I wanted. Nice guy, also showed me how to better maintain my lock systems to avoid future problems.

Description of Work: I called to schedule service because the lock on the front door was not working. Instead of charging me for a service call and having the service person find the problem, Joe troubleshooted with me on the phone. He gave me suggestions to try before confirming the service call. To my surprise, the lock "unlocked" and all is working fine. I will suggest Ashland to all my friends!
