Dear Member: We appreciate that you thought enough to send Angie's List a reflection of the services provided by our technician. It is so important that other members can get a sense of what quality a company delivers. The many reports already recorded herein can provide members with recognition of the consistancy that our company provides. Angie's List is a wonderful way to seek a company that provides A-rated service in all listed categories; and that referral roster has been extremely helpful to us. Regarding the service that was provided, we like to encourage a customer to make corrections that will prevent mice from gaining access to the home. We do provide mouse proofing work; however, when our client learns how to make corrections and understands what materials will be required to perform such a task, there is significant savings gleaned by do-it-yourself work. Our business relies upon referrals. We do advertise on Google and occaionally elsewhere too, but referrals trump all other means of connecting with customers. Most businesses in our industry depend upon maintenance; monthly, quarterly, or even semi-annually. These companies base the value of their businesses upon the annual gross earned from their maintenance accounts. Their value is based on the number of routes that they operate. We have no routes, but depend on phone calls and email. We have been in business over 48 years now, and have been able to service thousands of customers, since we are not tied up with regular maintenance. Our entire attention is based upon immediate solution results. When you, the satisfied customers do send your comments to Angie's List, you not only state your case, but you also let other members know that a solution was provided in short order. At times, we have received B-ratings for price. We believe that when compared to longer drawn out service that uses multi-repeat visits; we are not expensive in the least.
