They showed up right on time on the appointed day. They moved the furniture out of the rooms, hauled in the hose from their van, and then realized that the hose wasn't working. So they told me they'd need to go get a new van (all the way to Paducah, KY!!) and if I'd like the furniture moved back. I asked them how long it would take and they said they didn't know. I asked if it could be that same day and they said they'd try. So I told them to just leave the furniture where it was while they exchanged vans. Fortunately, they arrived back about 4 hours later and got right to work. Despite the fact that the two were very young and seemed somewhat inexperienced, the carpet came out so clean it literally looked brand new. The carpet hadn't been cleaned in years and it was a patchwork of old stains covering a beige carpet that was a dingy grey (yuck). After they were done, it was back to its original color and ALL of the stains were gone. Although it didn't go as smoothly as either they or I would have liked, the results were so fantastic that I will hire them on a yearly basis to clean my carpets.
