They do what they suppose to do it's just the time factor.

The dealership was in the process of changing ownership so it was a new owner. They were really nice they came out and greeted everybody. But I didn't like the fact that the sales man would tell me one thing then I heard the owner say what is. Anyway in other words the sales man kind of offered me an incentive to buy it, but then he would go back to the owner and the owner would kind of override that.They did give me five years with no interest so that was a bonus. They were very nice. But the thing is they weren't really concerned about the customer, they were concerned about selling the car. I don't like the bartering system. It's unnecessary. You state the price and that's what you sell if for.

I will never buy another car from here again and seriously question whether to buy a Toyota. I should have known better. I was in the market for a Sequoia. After checking the internet inventory I called on the SUV. I explained what I had to trade and how much I was looking to spend and since my house was an hour and a half drive I wanted to know if they could do a deal. After several hours I did not hear anything and I called again to speak to a manager. I was put in touch with a manager (that I later found out was just another sales guy). I went thru the info again with him. After finally getting him to understand that I was not driving 1 1/2 hours to waste my time the sales guy said he could do the deal. I packed up my wife and 2 young kids. I arrived and was told by the sales "manager" (from the phone) that he needed a couple minutes. 15 minutes later he came back and said he was going to bring the truck up front (which was suppose to already be up front). After waiting 25 minutes for them to bring it up front we discovered this was a "demo" unit which was not told to me on the phone. It was filthy but I was still open minded. After the test drive and trade evaluation the sales games started. "If I can get payments here you will buy the car right?" After an 2 hours I was done. I walked out of the dealer but not before making it known to an "actual" manager before I left. I got a call the next day by the sales manager. After re-hashing everything I agreed to buy the SUV. I got back to the dealer a couple of days later to complete the purchase and for them to clean the SUV. Once again something that was told to me to take 45 minutes took 2 1/2 hours. Oh wait, it gets better. So now 35 DAYS GO PAST and I am getting phone calls from my finance company from MY TRADED IN VEHICLE. RIVER OAKS TOYOTA STILL HAS NOT PAID OFF THE TRADE!!! This dealership is horrible. They lie and tell you whatever it takes to make a sale. I have called multiple times to find out what is going on with my payoff and get no return phone calls or go to voice mail. My salesman told me they "mailed" the check the other day. What business really uses the mail for this type of transaction anymore. My advice, run to another dealer as fast as you can.

They seem to be technically proficient, but their price seems to be high.
