THEY WERE JUST FAIR AND I WOULD NOT USE THEM AGAIN. I HAD TO POINT OUT DIRT THAT WAS STILL LEFT AROUND THE BASEBOARDS AROUND THE PERIMETER OF THE ROOM AND THE TRAFFIC MARKS FROM THE DOORWAY WERE STILL THERE. AFTER THE INITIAL CLEANING AND AFTER THEY WERE DONE AND ALREADY LEAVING I NOTICED THE TRAFFIC MARKS AND SOME STAINING STILL ON THE CARPET. I HAD THEM COME BACK IN AND RE-CLEAN THOSE STAINS THAT REMAINED.

The two men they sent to my home took their time and spot treated all my problem areas. They removed stains from the carpet as well. They took their time and did good work.
