Moore Construction was responsive and professional in examining my home and providing a proposal for a complete tear-off and re-roof. The proposal was complete and specific and questions I had were answered promptly. When their proposal hard copy came back to them because of a mistaken address, they followed up by voicemail and email. The main reason we did not choose Moore Construction was that another offer, although somewhat higher, included a transferable warranty. I would certainly consider Moore Construction again for work where a transferable warranty was not an issue.

The workers immediately and efficiently made the necessary adjustments. They were informative, helpful, and thoroughly cleaned the gutters and debris before they left. The company stood behind its work and would not charge. They said never to hesitate to call with concerns. If only all companies had such integrity!

Michael Moore's staff made an initial appointment for an estimate and provided a written estimate with just a couple of days. We were told then that it would take approximately 5 to 7 weeks to schedule, so we were prepared for the delay. When the work was scheduled, the crew arrived as planned. The crew, led by Umberto, could not have been nicer. We believe thew work was performed professionally and neatly. The crew actually recommended a slight change to the original concept that would allow the gutters in the roof valley to work more effectively. We will definitely use Michael Moore's company next spring for more gutter work.

Needed to have the gutters replaced and had a few companies come out and look at the problem in June 2015. Moore Construction came out, looked around and provided via email and actual mail a detailed proposal. It took me a few months to get my act together and I contacted them in September to do the work. After answering all my silly questions (never one making me feel stupid) they provided me with a mutually acceptable date. Luis- the gentleman who did the initial review - arrived on time. They confirmed with me how I would like the down spout to work and they went right to work. As promised they did the work in one day. And they left the place cleaner than when they started. I found them to be really easy to work with. I don't think I will need gutters any time soon but I would recommend working them to anyone who asks. My neighbor even asked them to work on a project for him since he was impressed with their work. I, of course, am curious to see how it goes when it rains, but I am feeling very positive about it.

Called their office to set up an appointment for an estimate on replacing my house roof. Explained that roof was a little on the steep side. Their response was, they generally don't do that kind of roof work due to the age of their crew! When they tried to view on Google Earth, they were unable to find my location to view what the job looked like. After spending time on the phone with them, is this what your house looks like, no, well is this what your house looks like, no, I finally realized this company is NOT for me and said goodbye and hung up.

As promised, all work professionally and courteously performed. Estimate was close, and any overage well documented. I will use again before winter for gutter guards, highly recommend Michael and his foreman, Luis. Excellent!

I cannot say enough about Michael Moore and his company. From Michael to the office staff to the work crew...all were wonderful to deal with. First and foremost, Michael came out to assess our 93 year old home and addressed all of our questions and concerns with patience and professionalism. As this was a newly purchased home in need of a lot of TLC, we had numerous issues to address before we could even schedule Michael's crew and he was extremely patient with us as was the office staff. On installation day, the crew was punctual, thorough, and courteous. Again, they were very patient addressing any of our questions and concerns and asked numerous questions to clarify that they understood exactly what we wanted. The crew was so efficient I hardly knew they were here. They were here a total of three days and each day they arrived on time and left the place entirely cleaned up and informed me of what was done and what they would be doing the next day. I would recommend Moore construction to anyone who needed new gutters without hesitation!

This was the best possible experience I could imagine in dealing with a new roof. Michael (owner) and all his workers were incredibly professional and responsive from start to finish. The office staff always got back to me quickly and sent someone out to look at my roof and provide an estimate within a couple of days of the initial call. The estimate came quickly and was very detailed unlike several of the other estimates I had received. The other condo residents had some questions and Michael came out to meet with us one evening. The work actually convened just as we were having all that rain in May which made it tricky. The crew that did the work were courteous, hard working and very professional. I had complete access to the crew chief who kept me apprised of the progress and the plan especially given all the rain that was in the forecast during the time of the work being done. The whole job took about 5 days total. When they were done, they cleaned up, hauled everything away and sent me pictures of the finished product. I was extremely happy with everything about working with this company and the work performed. I highly recommend them.

Prompt, courteous, professional, extremely competent. Excellent work, cleaned the work site completely when done. Showed me photographic evidence of work done when I was not around. I will be using them again. HIGHLY recommended.

Prompt, professional, and thorough. Moore scheduled a date well ahead of time...arrived on that date (unlike many contractors we've used), removed the old gutters, replaced wood, and installed newer, wider gutters and downspouts. Moore also rerouted the previous downspout system, directing water away from our front door, to a spout over the roof, and then down, into the front yard. These guys clearly know their business. The owner came out to inspect the final job, which I appreciated. I would hire them again. From the front office, to the workers, they are terrific!

We had Moore do some gutter replacement approximately six or seven years ago when we needed a new front gutter. We were very pleased with their work and naturally considered them for this current job. Since I had just recently signed up to Angie's List. I decided to check it out. Moore Construction was listed and based on our prior experience with them we decided that Moore would do this current work for us. They arrived on the day and at the time they said they would. All work was done in a professional manner and no debri was left for us to clean up.

They were flexible with us. We ended up having to break it up into two parts because of when we were doing it but they were flexible with that. I would use them again and recommend them to other people.

From Day 1 of contact Joann was amazing at helping us with appointments, emailing and playing phone tag. The staff and employees were fabulous at working quickly and cleanly. We didn't find any scraps of products or nails in our grass. We have three dogs and this was very important. Moore even helped seal a spot we thought may have leaked water from having no gutters before. They went above and beyond. The owner himself came out to talk to me about our water damage we had which had nothing to do with Moore but they helped fix the problem and since then no issues!

We were very happy with Moore construction. Everyone I spoke to from office staff to the owner and the workers were incredibly professional, prompt, set expectations and delivered on them. I was kept in the loop all the time on what was going on and if there were any changes in scope. The roof and gutters look great.

It went excellent. It was between $8000 and $12000. They were on time, on budget, and the workman sis a very good job. The company has very good ethics towards their workers.

Everything they did was to the book, no surprises, and the end result was great. They cleaned up very well after themselves. This was one of the most painless experiences I've had with a contractor. Michael Moore, the owner, was very pleasant to deal with. I gave them a B for price because they were pretty average when comparing to other companies who offered the higher quality gutters and seamless system, but they did install the heat cables which was above and beyond the original quote. I would recommend this company to others in a heart beat.

They were responsive. They came out on time for the job. They cleaned up well after themselves. They addressed any issues I had during the project and were responsible.

from the customer service to the actual service it was a wonderful experience. They kept the lines of communication open, they were honest, they were well priced, and they were very thorough with the job. The tuck pointer used to humor and when we overlooked an area that needed repair he came back out and took care of it. I would highly recommend this company to family and friends.

Excellent! Every detail was meticulously spelled out in their contract even to the extent of describing the material that the nails were made of (BTW stainless steel painted) as well as the thickness and supplier of the aluminum and the distance and type of hangers. Nothing was left to misinterpretation or mis-communication. The aesthetics of the workmanship is flawless and after the recent heavy rains I can say so is the function of the gutters, no leaks and no spill overs. Very happy and satisfied with the results. BTW also didn't have to pick up anything afterwards, they completely cleaned up everything, Louis & his crew were great!

Michael and his very professional crew were absolutely the best. It was a difficult job because of the 4 layers of shingles discovered after they started. The roof and and siding looks fabulous. I was especially impressed that the crew cleaned up each day and when the job was completed our yard and flower garden look just as it did before the project.

Michael came out and explained the exact issues I was having and knew the repair. Very polite and knowledgable. Work was scheduled and performed on time and done very professionaly and well. Would Highly recomend

We had a great experience working with Moore Construction on our gutters. Short version: hire these guys! Slightly longer version: Fairly priced, onsite estimate, quality work, repaired extras at no cost, great communication throughout. The more detailed version: Michael (the owner) came out himself to do the estimate. First point: he was willing to do an onsite estimate, despite the fact that it was a relatively small job. Of the two other companies I called, one did a "drive by" estimate (coming into the yard to look at the gutter without an appointment, meaning that they did not check the job from the roof), and the other asked me to just send photos and did their estimate based on that. I felt much better getting an estimate from someone who took time to actually see the job and ask/answer questions. While on the roof, Michael noticed a number of shortcuts taken by the contractor who had recently replaced our roof. He pointed these out to me, but NEVER tried to upsell me on additional work. He even made recommendations on how we could fix a few things easily ourselves. I didn't know until I checked their website later that Moore Construction does roofs as well as gutters. I asked him to estimate a gutter job, and that's what he did. No upselling. Second point: I received a written estimate in the mail, and it included a copy of the company's insurance policy and business license. The estimate also included a reasonable head's up about potential extras (rotted wood beneath the gutter) and what those costs would be (happily, none of those became necessary). The time and care it takes to provide potential customers with this information is a sign that their attention to detail and fair, clear communication will be the same when it comes to the work. Third point: On the day we agreed upon, a crew of 4 guys showed up promptly and got the job done quickly and well. Michael wasn't on the job site but he called midmorning to check in and make sure we were happy. Fourth point: We had some other concerns about the quality of the work done by someone else recently on the roof and my husband asked the foreman his opinion on some sealing around a vent pipe. The foreman confirmed what we had suspected, that the roofer had cut corners and done the work poorly. He called his boss to see if they had time to do that repair. Michael approved them to go ahead and didn't even charge us! They added flashing around two vent pipes, added metal strips on loose edges of the roof material, and all at no charge. Amazing. Fifth point: Communication with their office manager throughout this job, from initial call to estimate, scheduling the work, and billing afterward, was clear and easy by both phone and email. They were booked 3 or more weeks out, and it was tough waiting given our horrible drainage situation, but I'm really glad we waited rather than going with someone who had plenty of appointments.

We have a flat roof (not too large but it is over a sun room) that had a major leak but was problematic because of an architectural component that overlaid the roof. Michael came out and assessed it and said it could be repaired and quoted us the very reasonable price of $850. His staff was professional and competent and fixed the roof and left no mess. The repair held up for a few showers but when we had our first major storm, it began leaking again. Michael came right back out and did more work on it. Once again, the roof held up until the next major rain and it leaked again, but much less. Michael came out a third time and worked on ti. And not, after a summer of rain, NO MORE WATER! Thanks to Michael and team for sticking with it and for their great customer service! Will definitely use them again.

Everything was great from the very beginning to the end. Sorry for my delay in writing the review. After this winter and spring - I can't tell you how THANKFUL I am that we used Moore Construction. Through neglect and a very poor past roofer, we had horrible water down pour from the roof when it rained remotely hard. Michael Moore assured me he could fix the gutter problem. And boy did he!!! I just wish we had contacted him sooner! I also had water damage in my unit and everything was fixed that caused the water intrusion. Michael Moore was extremely prompt in meeting with me and then providing a fully detailed written proposal. He answered all my questions and didn't oversell what needed to be done. Once the work began, the employees were prompt, polite and very professional with their actions and clean-up. One of the best experiences I've had with a contractor.

They were awesome! On time, super professional and the work was top notch! They were super clean and meet and would never have known they were here! They went over and beyond by crafting a special gutter for one corner of the house. Would definitely use them again and would recommend them to anyone!
