They are terrific. I pay $1000 every year, and they are worth it. I don't have to pay for anything, I just pay the $1000 in January and 20 items are covered. They are very good.

Their service was timely. They got the job done. I do not think that they had followed-up with giving my information sent to me to get the permit taken care of so I still have to follow-up on that. So, that is a drag.

They were very professional, from the estimate to the install, All questions were answered  to my satisfaction. The only thing the installers did not speak very good english, but when I asked them to slow down and speak , it was much better communication. ala in all the experience was good.

My appointment was scheduled between 10am-noon. I received a call from Sears asking if their servicemen could come early, since they were finishing up a job just a block from my home. I said yes, so they arrived at approximately 9am. They remembered to wear the shoe covers I requested. They also laid down a tarp to keep from harming the floors and rug. I wasn't aware that the machine they use was in the truck and that my front door would be open the entire time, so I wasn't to crazy about that. The two men spent a lot of time talking to one another while working speedily through the job. I would have liked more information from them on the exact process and materials they were going to use before they started. If I didn't talk to them, they didn't talk to me, until it was time to pay. They finished up in about 45 minutes and told me that it would take about 4-6 hours for my furniture to be completely dry.

I thought their website was an excellent and it was easy to use. When the representative called to review my request, he was able to clarify my request and bundle the services to get a lower price. The carpet cleaners were on time, professional and they did a great job cleaning the carpet and getting the stains cleaned. When they were done my carpet was a completely different color. They also pointed out some flaws in the carpet. They used my hose for water for the cleaning process, which involved untangling all the hoses. They neatly organized them and took time to wrap them around my hose reel. I was really grateful that they did that for me since I am seven months pregnant and couldn't get the hoses organized myself. They gave me some helpful tips on keeping the high traffic areas clean. Overall, this was a great experience, and I would use them again.

The representative was punctual and courteous. However, he did a horrible job cleaning the carpet. The stains resurfaced within 3 weeks. This indicates that the dirt was not fully extracted. I expressed my displeasure to the local office. To their credit they did offer to come back out. I chose to go with another company.

WE HAD A COUCH CLEANED TO RID IT OF PET HAIR AND DANDER. THEY DID A GREAT JOB.
