After waiting for an hour the first appointment was rescheduled because they were running late on a previous appointment. I had rescheduled other activities for the morning to accommodate this appointment. The second appointment was their first one of the day, yet I was still given a two hour window which was not fulfilled until 1-1/2 hours in. It was obvious that the original intent was to get me to install a new fan even before any details were given about the situation. I explained the house was only ten years old as were the fans and the others (two more) were all running fine. They told me ten years was the typical life cycle of a ceiling fan depending on use. The fan ended up needing the screws tightened which took maybe 30 minutes. The technician was very friendly and efficiant, however I felt he was probably just following the "company line" to try to get installations instead of repairs.

William arrived on time and removed some underground wiring to an extension outlet that was installed years ago but was not to building code. He disconnected the line at the circuit breaker box and removed the underground wiring and outlet used for a pool pump for many years. Also replaced an outdoor electrical outlet with a new GF outletI and a hood/cover to protect from the weather. He charged a fair price and worked hard for the money. i recommend him and will definately use him again.
