Description of Work: They cleaned my entire 4 bedroom home. Two ladies completed the entire house in 8 hours. They did a good job and I was very pleased with their work.

Description of Work: I have written a review on this company before and was very impressed. I was surprised they took my screens out to clean the windows because they are very hard to remove but I was impressed they could do it. A few months later I noticed that several of my screens were broken (same thing happens when I try to remove them) and it could only have been from the BP Housekeepers since no one else touched the screens. They were more or less stuck in place so you wouldn't notice the broken screen. Very disappointed, I had planned to use them again but not now.

Description of Work: Deep cleaning; our house has not been professionally cleaned in over a year. My wife and I both work full time, we have a 3 year old and 2 dogs - put simply, we were past due. I gave the price a "B" only because it was much more than I have spent in the past and more than I wanted to spend this time. In reality, the price was a bargain. Rooms were cleaned that were not included in the price, a pile of dirty clothes was washed and folded, a pile of clean clothes was folded, drawers were cleaned and organized, the linen closet was completely organized, really, the list goes on and on ( they even swept out the garage). Nothing but good to say about the crew here today, they were awesome. If we can be guaranteed the same crew we will consider routine (more than once a year) professional cleaning.

Description of Work: They did an excelent job , so much we are having them back every two weeks. We will recomend them to anyone. The crew arrived on time and were here about 6 hours and only took 1 short , 10 minute break.

Description of Work: I use their service once a week for cleaning and Teresa does a wonderful job. She's on time and does everything that is asked. The only difference is on the 1st day she threw in a load of laundry when I did not ask and now that has stopped. Not a huge deal, but happy overall. I'd recommend them to others.

Description of Work: Deep cleaned 1400 square foot home. They cleaned all floors, trim, vent covers, appliances inside and out, inside of windows, outside of cabinets, bathroom. They cleaned and scrubbed a moldy shower/bath area to make it look brand new.

Description of Work: We have used Beata's Cleaning Services for the last 6 months or so and are very happy. We switched from another cleaning service as we had become dissatisfied with their services. Beata was very professional when I first phoned and set up an appointment to do an in-home estimate for 2 days later. During that visit, we did a very thorough walk-through of our 4BR, 2 1/2 BA house (incl. basement). Beata pointed out several areas where "deep cleaning" was needed and other areas where she thought the previous service had kept up adequately. We scheduled an appointment for the initial "deep cleaning" for the following week for $150 and then also set up a biweekly schedule for regular cleaning, at the price of $75. Beata explained that 2 ladies would come to clean, but that if I had any issues or additional requests, I could direct them through her. On a regular cleaning, these ladies make our house sparkle! Services include: making the beds, dusting/polishing all wood and leather furniture, polishing all mirrors/mirrored doors, vacuuming floors and furniture, sweeping and mopping/scrubbing laminate and tile floors, thorough bathroom and kitchen cleaning, sweeping basement floor and checking for/removing cobwebs, cleaning all ceiling fans, dusting/cleaning all window blinds, garbage removal...the works! We also have cats and they clean the litter box area as well as the food area and put down fresh water. If we need something additional done, like wiping out the inside of the refrigerator, all we need to do is ask and it is rarely extra unless it adds significant time. I am not kidding you when I tell you that this house is shining when they leave!

Description of Work: We had a deep cleaning done. Included were all of the basic services, plus these wonderful people spent a lot of time cleaning the fridge, inside and out. They pull out appliances and move furniture, which was great! They also do windows, as well as wash down walls as part of their service. Best of all, their be-weekly rate is so good that I will have them back twice a month. Excellent job!

Personal residence was cleaned - all windows & blinds cleaned & dusted, woodwork cleaned & polished, flooring mopped & dusted including moving all furniture to clean underneath, all light fixtures were cleaned & polished, bathrooms & laundry room cleaned, all cabinets cleaned & polished, furniture polished and appliances cleaned inside and out.

Description of Work: I have a 2 story 4 bedroom, 2 1/2 bathroom home in Naperville with a full carpeted messy basement. It had not been cleaned for 9 months. The house was messy with boxes in most rooms still. Isabella and Margaret did a "deep" cleaning including scrubbing the inside of my fridge moving the food, moving all the furniture, trunks, etc in the basement against the wall and vacuuming everything, getting dust off of the ceiling fans, the molding, the blinds and the furniture, scrubbing the moldy shower stall, cleaning the mirrors, toilets, sinks, mopping the uncarpeted floors, changing the beds and cleaning the glass on the hanging chandelier etc.
