Brian came by on Monday to give his estimate for replacing steps on front of house. I was impressed with his courtesy and his estimate. Hired him on the spot. He started on Tuesday and finished on Wednesday. Did what he said. Area was left clean. Would not hesitate to work with Brian and concrete service again.

Brian promptly contacted me. He asked me a few questions, came prepared to do the job, completed it when promised and in a timely fashion. I had a driveway apron installed by another contractor. It was a total disaster and a nightmare beyond your wildest dreams. It was the worst concrete job EVER and had to be totally ripped out. They day they tore it back out ( they were not getting a second chance) I called Brian Breault owner of concrete services. I had a total mess and needed help badley. He came that same day and was amazed how bad it was. He explained how he could fix it and was at my house 3 days later with his crew. In near 100 degree heat they repoured the hole apron in 2 days and it looked AMAZING at a reasonable cost. He and his crew were very courteous and cleaned up EVERYTHING. It was like they weren't ever there. I highly recommend Concrete Services for any of your concrete projects....you won't be disappointed!

I contacted another contractor one year ago to get this project started and they told me they would do it three times and never showed. I called another who said he would get right back with me and I never heard from him. When I entered the job on Home Advisor I received a call from Brian Breault of Concrete Services within an hour. He came to my home when he said he would and gave me a very fair estimate ($450 less than the other contractor). He said he could start in two weeks and kept me up to date on any schedule changes, The work was actually started one week sooner and the sidewalk and steps were done in two days. The quality of the work was fantastic and the only way anyone could tell he had been here was the fact that there were new steps and sidewalk leading to my home. Brian and his crew left nothing for me to clean up and on top of all that, one of his workers dispatched a mole from my yard! I recommended him to my father who is also having some work done.

Concrete Services, Bridgeport, Illinois, is superb! This was to replace old steps. It took longer than expected to remove the old ones,due to the unforeseen workmanship on the old steps, but Brian and Gerry Breault stayed with their original bid. Brian also added a handrail which saved me from searching for another contractor for the project. Brian was meticulous in his work, always cleaning up the site, always careful of the surrounding area, wanting to please and they surely did please!
