They were not good. There was no additional charges. They did house cleaning like mopping, dusting, and the bathroom and floor cleaning. In my opinion, the work should be professional work and this was not professional work. They were trying to finish soon. As fast as they can. It was not professional work. For the work, the price was too high.

It went well, it was just expensive for what was done.

Maggie, the cleaner assigned to my home, did a great job. Very thorough and courtesous. I plan to continue using the company on a bi-weekly basis to take some load off of my plate!

The woman arrived right on time and thoroughly cleaned my new residence. She went through all the services I wanted done at the residence. She worked quickly and I was very satisfied with the quality of work performed.

They did a great job. Would love to hire for on-going cleaning but their rates are more than I was paying for a local service. However they did a much better job than my other service and I will hire again as budget allows. EXCELLENT job.....

Called on Tuesday for a one time deep cleaning on Thursday for a party. They had availably for 1 person so scheduled the 1 person. She arrived when they said. She started on the basement as I asked. She did call the office and after talking with me they sent two more people to help. Alex (Operations Manager) even came to the house and reviewed the work and to see how I thought everything was going. It was a large job. They did a deep cleaning on all the areas I needed done and some I was hoping they could get to. They were all very nice and did a great job.

Emilia's Cleaning did a great job! It was wonderful to come home to a freshly swept, mopped, dusted and overall clean house. I was especially pleased to see that the individual who cleaned was thorough and really got into the nooks and crannies of our house. We were so pleased that we are going to hire them for bi-weekly cleanings to help maintain our house. Wonderful service and we would definitely recommend them!

The apartment was absolutely spotless and stunning. We were so impressed with the work that we are now contemplating using the service every 1-2 months, or at least before family/friends visit next time!

The cleaning was very good, the cleaner was kind, professional and very thorough. She was willing to stay later than required to finish the job (I paid extra).

The ladies did a fantastic job and were a pleasure to be around. They were here all day, from about 8-2. There was even a rep from the company that stopped by during the job to see how things were going. Before they left they asked us to give a walk through the house and raise up anything that we felt we wanted re-touched. Would hire again.

No one showed up and they didn't call. I called them after waiting 45 minutes and was told they were on their way and again after waiting an hour and 15 minutes.

Very well. I have used Emilia's since October. For the first two months one person was assigned to me. She was prompt, thorough and a good worker. Since December, I have had Agnes. She is phenomenal. She is also on time, pleasant, and very thorough. She cleans my house as if it were her own. The house is left sparkling. I really like that it is the same person that comes every time.

Horrible. Did not do their job correctly. All the employee did was throw the garbage away. Everything was dusty, the bathroom were dirty, the walls stain, the fan blades were not wiped down. The employee Agnes was very late, rude, was out of line commenting on the office, the owner and to the office manager. She was very rude and unprofessional. NEVER EVER WOULD I WILL RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.

Cannot say enough great things about her effort, detail and results!
