Chem-Wise Ecological Pest Management

It took 4 visits, but I think I'm mouse free. This is not an exact science, so there will be a minimum of 2 visits to resolve the problem. Every time I found another one, I called back, and they couldn't have been nicer about sending someone back out. On my last visit, they sent both a technician and a supervisor in hopes of finally solving my problem.

Bees and wasps stayed away allowing us to enjoy our pool and patio during the summer months, which wasn't the case in previous years.

Great the ants were gone in a few days

I was given a 5 day window ( Monday - Friday) when they would arrive and do the job. They came during that window. Worker was very polite.

Everything has gone well. We have the tri-annual service, so they come 3 times a year to spray outside, but will spot treat inside if they are any issues.

The entire process from order to completion went great.

The serviceman who came was very knowledgeable, very detailed in making sure I understood how they work in regards to putting the poison down. Returned and was able to tell me where and approx. how he got in. He plugged up the places he thought were possible entry points and I felt much better after he left.

The problem seems to be taken care of. Chem-Wise sprayed areas of nests and checked other areas of house.

It worked for the season, as expected. The work was fine, but the place was a little more expensive than others.

Robert examined the area around the bush and determined that there was no more hive in and around the bush. He advised me to monitor the area and call if I had any problem. He said no charge for the visit because that's not how they do business. Very professional!

rep only performed the job in front of the house & never did any work to the back yard but left my gate open and let my two dog's , which ended up getting picked up by the local police officer then I was fined for letting my dog's wonder with out a leash . Only positive note my dog's were returned home safe minus $ 100 fine I have to pay to the township

The service was very effective. Before the spraying, my townhouse was overrun with spiders. Afterwards, barely a one. I highly recommend!

I got an annual contract with them. They were out here to do my fall prep in August. I got an annual contract so I don't get charged for it. I think it's $300 a year. This is my second contract worth so if it hadn't been right I would have renewed it. I kind of like environmentally safe products. I was comfortable with them. I kind of called them one shot because we had a mouse problem ion the second floor. I was very pleased with their responsiveness and they answered all my questions. We got a baby upstairs so we were concerned about that. I had mice and carpenter ants I think, big ole black ants. They took care of it so I got a contract with them. They call and check on the interior to see if were having any issues. They come out and do the exterior of the house quarterly. They spray for wasp and carpenter ants and yellow jackets. Not bees or the good insects but the ones that give you grief.

Company never called to schedule work or ask what I wanted. They just showed up, poked holes in lawn, dropped a paid invoice, and left. Not a single call, email or text. Also service person tracked mud across entrywalk. Very unprofessional.

Good. Much more reasonable than a popular lawn service.

No real problems except the technician brought the wrong size aerator and had to return the following week with the correct size. However, the second appointment was set up quickly and efficiently.

The day after I called, Robert came, treated the nest, and they were gone in 24 hours. Very prompt, knew exactly what to do, had right equipment, and was very courteous.

It went well. The original colony was destroyed. The colony, however, did relocate. To be fair though, we did not call them to tell them the colony relocated. Overall I would give them a B. The price was reasonable.

Excellent communication, quick to schedule and provide service as advertised. Laid out several bait traps and came back after two weeks to check them and seal up possible entry points. I have seen a dramatic reduction in cellar spiders. We have dealt with a mouse in our house in the recent past, but there were no signs of mice on the Chem-Wise evaluation. I feel more comfortable having had the potential entry points sealed. I'm leaving the baits out just in case one sneaks in through the door.

The reason I rated the overall service a "F" is due to the fact that the entirety of the job has not been completed. The gentlemen arrived on time and sprayed the wasp/bee nest as well as the outside perimeter of my home. The initial service date was 08/26/2017. The gentleman stated that by the following Thursday (08/31/2017) someone would come back to remove the nest once the wasp/bee activity had died completly down. Well today is Saturday, September 9, 2017, almost 3 weeks later and their still remains watermelon sized wasp/bee nest (with no wasp/bee activity) in the tree directly in front of my bedroom window. Too bad I didn't get a chance to issue a stop payment on the check before it was deposited. I would like the service to be completed instead of my having paid $170 for outside spray and I knock the nest down myself.
