Showed up on time, performed work as expected.

It went well, they showed up on time and were in and out within 30 minutes! It has been 2 months since the service and we have had no signs of bugs!

The appointment was easy to set up and they responded quickly to my order. The service tech seemed very competent and knowledgeable. The treatment seemed to do the job as bugs were greatly limited through the rest of the fall and winter. From looking around the price also seemed fair.

Advantage Pest Control was prompt in calling to schedule the appointment and showed up on time. We had only just moved into the house a few weeks before so they spent over an hour going through every area. They sprayed the whole place, even crawling under the deck. They also sealed several areas of the exterior where wires/pipes penetrated to reduce the chance of insects/animals being able to enter the house. Overall I am very satisfied with their service and plan to continue using them.

I had purchased a big deal for the service. It was okay. It didn't really help with the bugs. I called them, and I was outside of the 60 days or 30 days, and so they didn't come back out. I wouldn't use them again. It is not like they were bad people, it's just that it was ineffective. I still had spiders in the house and the basement. I called them, and they said that I was outside of the time frame, and they wouldn't come out unless I paid them. I didn't do that, because if it didn't work the first time, it wouldn't work the first time.

Customer service was very helpful by ensuring that we had the best deal possible. We are ready to make a follow up appointment.

After the first treatment the tenants said it appeared there was less activity but within about three weeks later they noticed another mouse. The week after that advantage pest control came out for a second treatment and said they could tell there were still mice in the unit. They replaced the bait traps and said that should take care of the problem. About six weeks later my tenets contacted me and said the problem was as bad as it has ever been so I called advantage plus control again and said there was still a problem. They sent another technician out and he said he could tell there was a lot of activity so he used a more lethal form of bait in the traps and said that should take care of it. Roughly 6 weeks after that treatment my tenants called again and said the problem was worse than it is ever been and there were now mice in the upstairs parts of the condo as well. I called advantage pest-control back and they informed me that the guarantee was only good for three months and that it expired 11 days ago so I would have to pay for and additional treatments. I asked them about their guarantee, stating that the mice were obviously never fully extracted because they kept coming back after each treatment. They continued to tell me that the guarantee it was only good for three months and I would have to pay them more to come back out. Based on my experience with them to this point, after three treatments, I have no confidence they will be able to do anything and have no plans to pay them more. Bottom line, this company does not know what they're doing, I would've been just as well off going to Home Depot and buying bait traps myself. On top of that they have shady business practices, offering guarantees that are not really guarantees as they will expire before you have time to identify whether they have truly fix the problem. Now, in addition to being out $110 I have unhappy tenants and need to go find a better pest removal company. Horrible experience. Horrible customer service. The $65 special may look good compared to others but you are better off paying more for a company that will take care of the job.

Everything is perfectly satisfactory. The tech was professional, knowledgeable, and on time. I would recommend this provider. We are waiting for the spring time to really see if there are any pests.

Everything went well. They were good. I do not see any spiders or bugs. There is no one I can compare the price to but it seemed like a fair price. They sprayed the entire board and put bug traps. They show up at the time they say they will and they put on buddies on their feet so they don't mess up the house.

The guy came in and did a good job. He was polite and professional. No complaints.

We called them after spending 6+ months trying to get rid of the fleas on our own with sprays, flea bombs, and flea treatments for both pets. Nothing worked. After they came out, we still had fleas for ~2 weeks, at which point they did their second treatment and we have not seen any fleas since.

Great service! All the bugs we'd been seeing (especially silverfish) mostly disappeared. The house was empty for quite a bit before we bought it, so it really needed the treatment. We would use the company & service again.

They seemed to do a good job. I only paid for the $65 amount of the Big Deal. They came out and honored the Deal. It was a very good price.

They were very good. They were prompt and it got rid of the bugs. I have set up a maintenance plan with them as a result of their service.

They were wonderful, they were very prompt. We did have to have them out twice because the problem was fully taken care of the first time, but they did come out right away the second time and the issue got resolved.

It went great. They showed up when they said they would and sprayed where I needed them to. They gave me some suggestions and made sure to be careful as I have two small children at home. Didn't really have any insect infestations or anything - this was more a preventative measure, but they did exactly what I would expect.

Everything went ok. I haven’t noticed much of a difference since they’ve come out.
