They did a good job and addressed all our concerns. Price was very reasonable for the work.

My elderly parents utilized their services to paint their house in Aurora this past May 2019. They assured my parents, during the quoting phase, that they would take care of plastering any wall cracks, dents, etc. However, after they painted the house, the cracks remain and plastering was rushed and botched. (I can provide pictures of the mistakes they made). They promised they would come back and do touch-ups, but they never came back even after my father called them numerous times. Additionally, as professional painters they did not use the proper paint (satin or semi-gloss) in the bathrooms, as a result, my parents now have water stains on the bathroom walls only after 2 months of painting. In regards to the painting quality itself the work seemed super rushed, for example, the lighting switches had paint on them, the ceiling and wall edges were crooked with paint splashes here and there.

The guys at Pro City Painting were excellent to work with, from the original estimate to completed project. We have received a number of positive compliments from our neighbors about the quality of the workmanship and how nice the house looks. We're very happy that we hired Pro City Painting for our project and would gladly recommend them to others looking for a quality job at reasonable pricing.

Pro City Painting did a great job with reaching out to me initially. We did have to re-schedule twice because of all the rain, of course, not their fault. However, contact and returning my calls was not their strong suit. The work crew was EXCELLENT!! Beautiful job, well done, exactly what I wanted and very quick! Wonderful work crew!! Such nice guys, would hire this team of guys again!

Service with Pro City Painting started off great. I had a few complaints which they sent someone out to fix several times. On the last trip, the painter backed his truck into my overhead garage door knocking it off the rollers and damaging 2 sections of the door. This was on April 11th. After being told they would fix the door I find myself 5 weeks later with a damaged overhead door which is barely operational and they will not return my calls. Sadly it appears this one will probably end up in small claims court.

The owner came and did the quote, over promised what they could actually do on the job. once the crew arrived, there was no clear direction as to the details of the job. The crew did not do such a great job with the first round... meaning I had to request they come back a second day to do touch-ups, clean up paint splatter that was on our newly remodeled shower, door and light fixtures. The owner did call for a follow up, wanted to come out and see final project and never did.
