They did a fantastic job on my porch, professional and thorough.

The work they did on my doors was substandard. The stain is inconsistent and the finish has a lot of runs. Worst of all, they allowed our dog to get out while packing up and did not say anything, which resulted in his being struck and killed by a car.

I would definitely recommend this company! I have read some of the reviews and I assume my experience Was positive having worked with Mike and not the others mentioned. I canâ t speak to anyoneâ s issues in the past but my experience was very pleasant. The work was great and the customer service was spot on!

I contracted Pro City to do some interior Paint in my house. There was damage to the interior walls and ceiling due to water and settling. Our house is a new house (10 years old) and the ceilings are quite high throughout the house and there is a lot of trim work everywhere. So, I wanted to have the best paint job. I met with two of the Paint City owners, Dave and Phill and both of them understood immediately my concern as they walked the house. As these days with Covid-19 concerns, I also asked Dave that I want to make sure that their workers donâ  t bring the virus to my house and indeed they were very responsive to my concern. They made sure that they will send the best painters and non has any symptoms. One of the crew showed some symptoms and they immediately pulled him and replaced with another crew in couple days. They finished the job on time, and it was beautiful. I and my wife were very happy with the finished job. Both these owners were so accommodating with every request we made, that I was thrilled that I hired Pro city Painting services. They are my painters for life. Thank you, Dave, and Phill.

12/10 do NOT recommend. The painter who works for them did an outstanding job, to bad he s not in charge. The owners Dave and Sam are the epitome of awful businessmen and have the worst customer service. They never showed up on the date they suggested to get the painting done, after multiple calls to all 3 numbers and mailbox is full notifications they finally called back 3.5hours after they were supposed to be here pathetically apologizing for over booking. We rescheduled and then they try to over charge me because the two owners aren t even aware of what type of job their painter is doing. After further discussion with their own painter I come to find out this sort of piss-poor planning and awful behavior is very common for these owners and that even the painter himself has a hard time getting ahold of them if issues arise and they often do. After making multiple calls I finally spoke with another **lead** painter but he even acknowledges that he doesn t have power to deal with quotes. Sam and Dave both have dropped the ball more times then once with this business dealing. If you ever have a job that needs to get done look ELSEWHERE! Do not hire them! That s if you can even get them on the phone. To this very day I have not received a phone call at all apologizing for the mix up or checking in to see how the job went. If they can t manage what painters are what doing what jobs for them (such an easy task to do with a day planner and invoice book) then certainly they are unqualified to run a business. Do yourself a favor and don t go with them just because they are cheaper, you will get what you pay for. I have left similar reviews on Yelp, BBB and google to help others not make the same mistake I have. Learn form this mistake and hire someone you had the respect to answer the phone when needed as a business owner should.

Very pleased with the work and the crew was very professional

Communication with me was poor. Painter got here late and was very hurried when he finished late. I had to do some touch up the next day. But he was hard working and very nice. Time was the issue.

We hired them to paint our entire house. Their pricing was very competitive. They had estimated the job to be 4-5 days but ut took 9 days. Since we had a firm price this was not such a problem for us. The painting was done pretty well but we had a lot of problems in getting responses from the manager. There were a number of quality problems with their job. They left paint on a ceiling fan, did not reinstall the closet doors correctly, and left off the handles on the doors after the job was done. There were a few spots they repaired that were not done in a high quality way. We never really had a final walk thru as promised with the project manager. In the end we chose to not have them return to fix the things that needed attention and just took care of them ourselves. The workers and manager we nice and the pricing was good...we just were not impressed with the overall quality of the job.

Paint is cracking and peeling 2 months after. Called and left messages no response at all. Still attempting to get hold of them.

The painter was courteous, clean and worked with me on my project. I think City Pro should have followed up with a call to me or a visit to check the painters work.

Final paint job turned out beautifully! All imperfections on the walls were patched perfectly and walls were primed and two coats of paint were applied. Weâ re very careful to take care of our floors as they were newly done and they cleaned up meticulously. Mike worked with us to make sure we were very satisfied with the project!

Pro City Painters did an amazing job. They were friendly, on time, provided great advice, and did a great job painting my entire staircase. I will be using them again. Great company!

ProCity Painters fit me in right before the crazy Halloween snowstorms. They painted the back and sides of the exterior of my two-story house in two days, including replacing some cedar boards that had been damaged and caulking a ton of the siding because it had never been caulked years ago. (I had already painted the front of the house myself last summer but wasn't able to finish the whole project.) I worked mostly with Dave (sales guy) and Jose and Raymond (painters). In addition, they also finished up parts of the front of the house that I never got to (soffit, facia, and porch ceiling). They honored every part of the contract and Dave even took care of a small patch job that we had verbally discussed but both forgot to put in the contract. He did this himself after the regular painters had finished their part. They communicated well and thoroughly, and were easily reachable by phone, email, and text. They were polite, left no splatters, and cleaned up well. Since I had already started the project they switched from their normal brand of stain so the project would match what I'd already done. They even came in a little less than the contracted price because materials were lower. Overall class act.

I could have gotten a better job hiring grade school aged painters. Sloppy spills not cleaned up [hardwood floors and trim]. Should have known color selection covering old darker color would require a better grade paint or additional coats. Contracted two coats and in many places did only one coat. Stay away. Terrible painters/subcontractors.

Best in the business. Came early, stayed late and got the job done ahead of schedule. They were also very helpful picking out the paint color as well, ask for Phil, he s a color wizard! Highly recommend.

We hired them to patch a hole and paint our bathroom. I told Mike (owner) that I would strip out the room so they would be able to paint. Including removing the light fixture since I was going to install a new one. They crew showed up without work lights to see what they were doing. We provided the paint and they used the wrong color for the ceiling and the patch they put in where I had removed an in wall medicine cabinet was very uneven and you could see were the work was done. When we complained Mike said he would come out himself to fix it. He did not, and he did not even have the courtesy to call us to cancel the appointment. (I still have all the text messages saved of his excuses). After we complained again he sent another Workman out to repair and repaint. This guy also showed up with no work lights. Why would you come out to fix an interior bathroom knowing there was no light in the room and not bring a work light? Twice? We kept texting and calling Mike and he started ignoring us and not responding so we finally hired a different company to come out and fix the issues. I then asked Mike to refund us the $200 I had to pay to fix his crews mistakes. He promised he would send us a check back on May 30. It s now the end of August and no check just more excuses, when he even bothers to answer my weekly inquiries. The job was done in April, should this drag out any longer? We just want him to keep his promise and cover our expenses for the repairs to his crews faulty work.
