Showed up earlier than expected with no advance warning.

Pros: -They came out for an estimate the next day. -The estimate was fair for washing, sanding, sealing. -Friendly. Cons: -They did not explain the protocol for weather and timeline unless I asked. -There were some areas that needed re-sanding before the sealing since it rained, and they didn't do this. I think they were rushing since it was starting to get cooler out.

Very poor job - incomplete and inconsistent. Workers just leave after the day without contacting the home owner for verification and assessment. Full payment was auto charged to credit card despite incomplete job. Workers did come back 6 weeks later to fix but left after incomplete work again..... Repeated follow-ups have not resulted in any change to attitude to customer service nor has anyone come back to finish what we paid for. The lady who answers calls claims that action has been taken but never hear from them... worst customer service.

We hired Nu Again to restore our deck. They power washed, sanded and stained/painted it. Everyone I spoke with from the sales rep to customer service were very friendly and helpful. The crew that did the work did a great job . The deck looks amazing! The cost was reasonable and we have a 3 year warranty which I like. I would recommend them to anyone that needs a deck restoration.

Power washing was adequate. Misquoted work and increased quote 38% after work started. I cancelled job because of new quote, agreed to pay for power washing. They are still holding $450 dollar down payment because of an unspoken and unpublished no refund.

For many years I used another company to clean and stain my deck but recently their service seemed to degrade based on reviews and my own experience in dealing with their customer service, so this year I came to HomeAdvisor and contracted with Nu Again. They did the job as promised when I was on vacation, and it looked great -- the deck, the rails and the seating. Only small criticism is that some pine sap markings remained and adjacent ferns had some stain on them. I plan to stick with Nu Again.

From start to finish (even with rain delays) this was a job well done by a great team of professionals. My fence and deck were expertly clean, then Tim lead the crew for a beautiful restaining of those. We are very pleased with the solid stain colors and the attention to detail as we have a two-toned deck/pergola and they look fantastic. I certainly recommend working with Nathan (owner), Catherine (office manager) and their excellent crews to restore the beauty of your deck and/or fence!

Both crews, the cleaners 1 day, and the stainers the next, were very pleasant, courteous and professional. They both did great work. The deck looks "like new"!

They did a great job power washing, re-sanding and sealing my brick paver patio! Looks brand new.

They had two different crews (powerwashing / sanding & staining) that came in and conquered my deck from start to finish in two days. We bought a house that had a deck that had been really neglected, so the hand and floor sanding along with board replacement of a few rotten boards before staining made my deck and dock look like new. HIghly recommend! :)

The crews that did the work were very diligent in performing the work and the result is very high quality. Scheduled as agreed and completed on time. Very pleased with the service provided.

I am not able to give marks for work done as I have been scheduled for august 21. They did arrive on time for the estimate and explained everything. Their customer service is great

They did a great job sanding and refinishing our old deck. Looks brand new again. They were able to accommodate a tight timeline we had for a BBQ we were planning as well. Very reasonable pricing for the condition of our deck.
