Paul responded to my request for service very quickly. He and the work crew were very friendly and professional. My carpet was old, stained, and had ground in dirt. They worked long and hard to get the carpet looking nice and clean. Paul, the owner, was there the whole time to supervise. The next day, I received an email asking how they did, and offered to come back out if there were any areas that needed more work. I had a small area that still didn't look right. They came back out within a couple of days and took care of it. I will definitely use them again in the future and would highly recommend them.

First Choice was a great choice!! Quickly responding to our request for service, very timely, courteous and professional.Time was taken to go over every inch of the furniture we had cleaned and to point out thing we had not noticed, taking care to do a very good job. We are very please with the results... very good value for the price!!

First time I used this service on one of my rental properties. They did a great job. Although not the cheapest, especially for rental properties, definitely the best quality I have found so far. I will definitely use them for my home from now on. Very personable and responsive.

Paul was pleasant, knowledgeable and efficient.

Syrah red wine on cream wool carpet. With skill and perseverance, the stain is completely gone. I would definitely use these guys again.

Paul was on time and did a great job. He worked really hard on what turned out to be a very involved job. It turned out to take longer than I thought because he was by himself and it cost a little more than expected. Overall I am very happy with the job that he did though!

I was very impressed with the work that Francisco performed. He was extremely courteous and thorough. He cleaned our sectional sofa completely, not just on the surface as a previous company had done. The sofa and carpet looked great when he was done. We will definitely use First Choice again in the future.
