SmartTec Success performed an exceptional house improvement with an antenna mount that was fast, easy, and of the best quality. John showed nothing but affability and hospitality towards me and my family while doing an outstanding job. Would hire again anytime.

John was very responsive and quick. He helped with placement of my LoRaWan antenna for my Helium (the People’s Network) miner. He had to make multiple trips but I never felt like I was putting him out and he always was upbeat and seemed just want to make everything as good as it could be for my installation. He wanted to make sure I was satisfied not just get the job done and move on to the next. I can’t recommend SmartTek Success highly enough for anyone who needs an antenna installed, especially if you need a LoRaWan antenna installed as John is the leader in this area for this type of antenna!

John took particular time to help use familiarize ourselves with the new system installed. Was particularly courteous to my wife in answering her question to her rather to me as other hired help has done. I appreciate this consideration and courtesy. It is rare.

John was most helful to insure we understood the new remote unit that was needed. Inportant to me is the fact that John talked to Kay, my wife, explaining the information and what and how he was to install. Past hired persons have spoken to me even it was Kay who asked to question. John gave Kay the courtsey she deserved when answering. I much appreciated this.

John explained us all the options very well, during his first appointment (free estimate). Then he did excellent job installing new antenna on the roof, made sure tv is working fine (we got 81 free channels!!!) and charged us $40 less then he initially estimated because he figured we do not need the pre-amplifier (in our area we have great signal without it). The man is honest and professional. We will recommend him to our friends and family.

Exceptional customer service! John replied to our call for assistance quickly and arrived promptly. A lightening strike knocked out our antenna function and John not only replaced the antenna signal amplifier, he also made a few other adjustments that made our antenna system more powerful and efficient. Before he left I asked if he had time to do some rewiring (wall fishing) to our mounted television and he was nice enough to do it for us on the spot! Both projects turned out great and we are so happy with John's work that we made an appointment to have him return next week to install a doorbell camera for us!
