John is a good man, honest and forthright. I upgraded all my coaxial cables running from my digital antenna. I agreed to upgrade my old digital antenna and purchase a new one through John. After the install and upgraded cables were installed John sat with my wife and I and made sure every tv in the house had a clean and clear picture on the channels we watch most often. I wasn't sure the new antenna was giving us an improved signal John jumped back in the attic and reinstalled the old antenna. After we went through all the tv's he agreed the signal had not improved and took the new antenna back and refunded the purchase price. He went so above and beyond that I will refer every personI know to him, he is a true gem of a human being.

John Skender is an antenna specialist and very knowledgeable. After installing the antenna, he scanned the channels for me. And he stayed until we confirmed that the antenna was working and was accessing my favorite channels. Great service!

John is extremely responsive and easy to work with. He helped my parents get their universal remote working again. He patiently explained how their smart TV worked and how to get to apps on their existing TV. We returned a new TV we had bought because we thought the problem with their access to apps was due to the old TV not being compatible. John also shopped and installed a new cable modem and hard-wired a mesh network to save them money on their existing Xfinity modem rental and provide better coverage throughout their home. John thought rewiring their existing sound system that had controls in each room of their home was a bit beyond his scope of knowledge. He felt comfortable working with the speaker wiring, however, he was not certain how to get the existing data wiring to work with a sonos sound system we were thinking about using. He said that he could probably do some research and figure it out, but that it would be costly for him to do so. While we were disappointed he could not help us with this issue because we liked and trusted his work, we very much appreciated his honesty.
