Friendly service on my inquiring phone call and my follow-up call. Staff were busy with 2 customers when I brought in the paper to shred. I thought they would shred in front of me, but because the person was busy and the bags were awkward, she put it under the desk and said she would put it in the bin as soon as she was done with the other customer. I needed to be somewhere, so I couldn't stay to see if it was done.  It was not clear to me until I got there that the material wouldn't be shred that day. I was supposed to get a "certificate" by email to show that the information was shredded confidentially. Two weeks later, when I still did not have the email, I called and was told that the material had just been picked up the day before. The person couldn't confirm if my material had been picked up earlier. The people were nice and professional, but as the days passed, I was not comfortable with the process.

The good parts, though I was charged 105.00 for packing materials at least they actually used them I have a receipt that was detailed correctly, but the facts are they WASTED over 30 min trying to find the unit which added to the travel time...the storage facility was 10 min away from my house. the most difficult part were 2 sctions of a sauna left by previous homeowners that wouldn't fit up the stairs...we attempted to explain to them to forget moving it, move everything else instead while we either remove the banisters or just leave it. They stood there in my basement not knowing what to do as we pointed at what was to be moved. The language barrier was the most problematic part. I complained to the manager and he knocked 15 min off the total...big whoop. I was so exhausted by the end after chasing them around I gave up. I still paid 430.00
