Randy came out on time, evaluated the situation, and gave us the recommendation on the best way to move forward. He was very friendly and fun to talk to. When we decided to replace 2 of the locks, he ran to the store to get them, and then rekeyed the rest of our locks to match. I would use him again if we needed this type of work.

Randy assessed our needs, we thought that we'd need to change our complete door locks but he assured us that he could rekey the existing locks and they would provide us with the security that we wanted.

I wanted the locks changed after moving into a new house and they were able to come out the day after I called. He was very friendly and reasonably priced for the number of locks that needed changing. I will definitely call them again if I ever need a locksmith.

I contacted Randy via Angie's List email on Wednesday of this week inquiring if I could possibly get a Saturday appointment sometime in the future. Randy responded probably within the hour and said he could come at 9AM this Saturday if that would work. Saturday was fine but I had a prior engagement and couldn't be home till noon or so. I advised Randy of the same and he immediately emailed back and said to tell him what time would work for me this Saturday, and requested my address and telephone number. I let him know the time and said I would be happy to call if I would be home sooner. That was fine and the appointment was set. Early that same evening Randy called and asked if I could advise him the name of the lock manufacturers and the numbers on the keys. Told him I would get that info and call him back.. He was very pollite and accommodating. I called back and advised the names of the locks but one of them I did not have an original key so I could not advise the number. He told me there would be no problem and he would see me Saturday. On Saturday I completed my prior appointment and called Randy about 10:45 to let him know I was on my way home and he was welcome to come anytime. He was not too far from me and said he would be over shortly and he was. When he arrived he evaluated the situation and got right to work. He was very informative and did excellent work. The locks have never worked so well and I no longer have to lean on either door to get them locked! He worked quickly and was very professional. His radio pager went off while he was working and unlilke many tradespeople he turned it down and did not respond back to his office. He kept working on the lock. I know that Angie's List likes adjectives so here I go. Randy is responsive, kind, personable, professional, focused, knowledgable, respectful and prompt! He has been saved into my database as a preferred supplier. Thanks Randy for a job well done!

He showed up right away and was nice. He didn't need me for anything and just came and got me when he was done.

Randy came the same day I called and went right to work. It was an old lock and he explained the mechanism.

He did a fine job and he was a nice man. He did what he was asked to do. He did it in a reasonable amount of time.

He was very fast and efficient. He came right away. He was knowledgeable and knew what needed to be done. He took the time to talk to me and answer all of my questions. He is not cheap.

Randy responded to my initial email promptly, showed up on time, was professional and friendly. He made sure everything operated smoothly, cleaned up after his work and I noticed he even oiled my door hinges.

After we accepted Randy's proposal, he came the next day, a Saturday as we requested, and did all we asked of him. He is a nice man who runs his business well.

Randy arrived right on time and did a terrific job. I called him on a Tuesday and we had our locks fixed 2 days later. While he was fixing one lock he found a problem with the way the door was installed and fixed it so that the door handle was aligned correctly with the plate in the frame. I will definitely call him whenever we need a locksmith.

They were prompt in setting up an appointment time. He arrived at our house during the scheduled time and was neat and clean doing the work.

Randy arrived on time and explained everything that needed to be done in detail. The work was completed as expected and the work areas were left as clean as when he arrived. I highly recommend Secure Lock and Key.

When we called All Secure Lock and Key, we requested that the locks be changed ASAP. Randy came out to our home within 1 hour. He worked very quickly and was very pleasant.

RANDY CALLED BEFORE COMING OUT TO CONFIRM MY APPOINTMENT AND APPEARED PROMPTLY. NICE GUY AND VERY PROFESSIONAL. HE ESTIMATED THAT THE WORK WOULD TAKE THREE HOURS, WHICH WAS PRETTY MUCH ON TARGET. HE MADE NO ATTEMPT TO SELL ME ADDITIONAL HARDWARE, EVEN THOUGH I SUPPLIED MY OWN LOCKS. RANDY EVEN COMPUTED MY BILL TWO DIFFERENT WAYS TO ENSURE THAT I WAS PAYING THE BEST PRICE. I'D USE ALL SECURE LOCK and KEY AGAIN. BY THE WAY, THE BILL INCLUDED A $65 TRIP CHARGE AND WAS BASED ON A LABOR RATE OF $70/HOUR.

THE OVERALL EXPERIENCE WAS FINE. THE LOCKSMITH WAS ON TIME AND FRIENDLY. HE ANSWERED THE QUESTIONS I HAD, AND QUICKLY CHANGED THE LOCK TO THE FRONT DOOR. HE PROVIDED US WITH TWO KEYS FOR THE LOCK. I HAVE NOT HAD THIS DONE BEFORE, SO I AM NOT FAMILIAR WITH PRICING, BUT IT DID SEEM EXPENSIVE TO ME, INSOFAR AS HE EXPLAINED ANYONE CAN PUT ''TAPE'' ON A KEY AND OPEN THIS TYPE OF STANDARD LOCK. THE TOTAL COST WAS $80.00.

RANDY CAME 15 MINUTES AHEAD OF TIME TO WAIT FOR ME TO ARRIVE TO RE-KEY MY MAILBOX. HE WAS VERY EFFICIENT, COMPLETED THE WORK IN 15 MINUTES, WITH ALL KEYS WORKING WELL.
