Great! Very easy to work with and did quality work!

The entire process went smoothly; Chuck was professional and efficient. We asked if his guys could come back to touch up a few missed spots and Chuck had his crew out the next day. Very easy to work with and I highly recommend to other customers. The only difficult part of the process was choosing a color/stain because there are so many choices.

I contacted Two Brothers through Angie's list online by email on 7/21/14. They were recommended by Classic Fence. The reviews I saw on Angie's list impressed me. After a few emails I spoke with Chuck Kurth, their representative. He answered all my questions and always returned my calls within minutes. Chuck sent me a contract with the agreed on price. I signed it and put it in the mail on 8/9/2014. The workers came to power wash on 9/9/2014. There were two of them and they did a very thorough job. Two days later, on 9/11/2014, four workers came and stained the fence. It looks wonderful and they were very careful to keep the stain off my patio and to cover bushes and buildings so that they did not get stained. This was a big job requiring access to 3 neighbor's yards. I am very satisfied with the work and I think the price was very fair. Each time I contacted Chuck with concerns about rain and getting the job done before I left on a trip, he was extremely responsive.

They’re supposed to do the work next week. He was very professional. He was over everything. He is very realistic. He is a little bit more expensive than some of the other bid. I’m afraid that I wasn’t going to get anybody else to do it before the season was over and I wanted it before winter so I went with him. Even though he couldn’t come out, he called me the day he was supposed to give me the bid. He called me and explained to me why he couldn’t meet with me and he scheduled very promptly. I had things come up but he handled it very professionally. He came out when said he was going to and gave us the quote. He had a lot of paperwork. I like the fact that he requires a very small deposit so that he has got you in. It was a queue and I know that he could accommodate you not like that maybe he’ll get back to you.

We are very impressed with the work and the level of service provided by the company. The deck looks beautiful. The team did a great job with it. Unfortunately, the patio sanding and sealing, didn?t go so well. We had sand run-off and weeds within a month of the work. We finally called in to report the issue. It was handled very professionally. Within a week, Chuck stopped by to check on the patio work. He acknowledged the issue, and confirmed that the work would get re-done. Earlier this month, the team arrived and redid the patio work from scratch. The patio was cleaned, weeds were removed, re-sanded and sealed. They worked from Friday to Sunday. The work was supervised carefully. The patio has never looked better - we are thoroughly impressed with the work. This is a company which stands behind its work, even if it requires a complete redo. Very few companies have this attitude and we are glad we chose Two Brothers. Two Thumbs UP!

Gave a complete estimated that was about 15% cheaper then other quotes. They answered all questions. Tried to be close to completion weather permitted. Called to give notice start date along with complete date. Once completed called to ensure satisfied with work Will be sure to call them back for future work

We initially contacted Two Brothers in spring of 2013. They responded very quickly with a visit and a quote. Soon after, we decided to remodel our kitchen which involved pushing out a wall and taking some of our deck apart. After talking with Chuck, we decided to put off the "clean and stain" until the remodel project was completed. When they arrived to work their "magic" on our deck last fall, they were now working with a deck that had both the original wood and new wood as we had to reconstruct some of the deck. We were concerned about matching the two different woods, but they did a great job. You could not tell where the new wood stopped and the original wood began. The deck survived our horrendous winter weather, and still looks great. I had to call Chuck numerous times to reschedule as our remodel project took longer than expected. Each time he was very understanding and assured me they would complete the work as soon as we were ready. The employees who actually did the work were both very courteous and professional.

I found them on Angies List. Their quote was for about $1600. I had a few others come out here for the same job and those people did a rather cursory examination of the deck, what they were going to do, what they weren’t going to do, what they were going to charge me for, what they weren’t going to, and one of them was even rude on the phone. Nonetheless one of the 2 brothers who came out to evaluate the deck told me about the problems with the wood that had to be replaced. So he also spoke about the time constraint involved that he would not be able to finish the deck this year based on the fact that it is a pressure treated deck and the wood that he would be replacing that which is rotting away has to cure for a period of time to get all the water out. If he does not do that the stain will peel off right away. While the other guys who came out said that they were going to spray wash the deck and stain it right away, replacing the rotten wood that they found along the way. They did not even realize or care that the deck is going to peel in a year. But it did not matter to them I guess because they only offered a year’s guarantee on their work. Two Brothers was very professional, very knowledgeable and did not try to baffle me and I appreciate that. He did not talk about doing anything that was not necessary. We discussed all the issues and he addressed them all, gave me an estimate and that was the end of it. Of course I am going to try and negotiate that as well before they actually have to come out here.

They were good and the price was also reasonable. They also completed the work before the stipulated time.

Working with Two Brothers was WONDERFUL! For starters Chuck was a pleasure to work with. He was professional and very honest with us regarding everything we needed. We had gotten quotes in the past so we had an idea of the extent of the work and cost. Chuck talked us thru everything and gave us the best price. He also did his best to get our job on the books as soon as possible. He consistently communicated the timing of the job; for instance the week they were scheduled to come out the weather was sporadic. He emailed me each morning with an update on which days they would come and if it rained what plan B was. A lot of companies tell you when they are going to show up for serve and then you don?t hear from them until they are in your driveway, so I really appreciated that Chuck communicated and we could plan accordingly. As for the work, the two guys that came out were right on time, polite and dressed professional. They spent a lot of time covering our house, bushes and even asked our neighbors if they could cover some of their landscaping to avoid any damage. They worked quickly and still did a clean job. They even asked me to come out and inspect the job 3 times to make sure I was happy with how it was progressing. The product they used looks amazing in comparison to some our neighbors who have done it themselves or used other companies. Chuck had recommended the best color to work with our home & landscaping... its always hard to tell how it will look finished but we trusted him. His recommendation was Perfect now that we see if up!! The whole yard looks finished and beautiful! The deck was this year?s big investment for my family and we couldn?t be happier that we worked with Two Brothers. Highly Recommend them? you wont be disappointed!!

I asked Chuck to come out last year to provide a quote to powerwash/stain our deck. In the end, we decided to hold off until this year to perform the work. When we reached out to Chuck this Spring, he honored last year's price without any questions. We couldn't be happier with the outcome. The deck looks brand new again. We have gotten several compliments from our neighbors. The work was performed meticulously. There was not even a detectable footprint in the surrounding landscaping beds. I recommend Two Brothers without hesitation and look forward to using them next year to powerwash/seal our paver patio and walkway.

We had them quote late last year but after the quoted they indicated it would be best if we waited until spring. They came out again looked over the job and stuck with their quote from last year. They provided a professional quote with all details of the services offered. The even did a little extra area power wash off the entrance walkway at no charge - a very nice touch. Chuck was the man on the phone and always courteous and friendly. They were prompt and did what they said they were going to do. The 2 men that did the work were also friendly and helpful. A great service by a family owned business and we would use them again. We noticed another of their signs in the neighborhood and turns out they had 3 other jobs within 5 blocks of us. Must tell something.

I first contacted Chuck at Two Brothers around September 2013. Do to my availability and the weather they were only able to replace the boards and the reinforced lattice around the deck. We decide to wait until the Spring 2014. Chuck assured me he would be in contact with me as soon as weather permitting. Chuck called me in April 2014 to confirm that he had me on their schedule and would begin as soon as it was possible. I received a call that they would be out on May 27th to start and complete the deck. They were here on that date to start with the power wash, sanding and returned on May 29th to stain. The team that came out was very professional and informative as to what they would be doing. Covered areas with plastic and even waited after the staining to remove the plastic. Chuck honored the estimate I had been given in Sept 2013. I can't say enough about Two Brothers, their team and the work that was done on my deck. Their appearance and even the company vehicles were professional which reflects how the company takes pride in what they do. I would highly recommended them, in fact I am planning to have the come out to do some exterior painting.

Chuck was very prompt and professional in his bidding and scheduling processes. Antonio did the actual power-washing and staining. He was so professional and prompt. The value of their work is excellent. The deck is thoroughly stained and I'm very pleased.

I contacted them for an estimate; they were very professional and polite on the phone. Stated we were a little out of their work area but would come anyway. They came to see the deck and measure but we never received an estimate or a decline to complete the services. Just left me hanging.

Two Brothers stained my new cedar fence. They were on time and worked nonstop until the job was completed. I was very happy with the outcome and will definitely have them back.

Our project was fairly complicated and Chuck provided outstanding service. Our deck has three different colors. And the screen porch had to have a different product because it hasn't had the same sun exposure as the deck. Chuck came out to assess the job and was very professional and extremely knowledgeable. Our deck had to be power washed, stripped, sanded, and then stained. The crew was very friendly and also knowledgeable and went above and beyond to give us an amazing finished product. We had to wait about eight weeks to get on their schedule but it was well worth it. We will use them again for deck refinishing and any other projects. Highly recommend!

I HAD ABOUT 1,312 FEET OF FENCING POWER WASHED AND RE-STAINED; 82 PANELS AT ABOUT 8' EACH, BOTH SIDES OF FENCE. INITIALLY, CHUCK CAME OUT, MEASURED AND CONSIDERED WORK TO BE DONE. HIS PROPOSAL ON PAPER VERY PROFESSIONAL, AS HIS BROCHURE HE GAVE ME, AND HE HIMSELF AND HIS DELIVERY. I HAD GOTTEN A HANDFUL OF COMPETITOR PROPOSALS AND TWO BROTHERS WAS THE BEST OF ALL AND THE BEST PRESENTATION, ANGIESLISTS COMMENTS HELPED ME DECIDE ALSO. LAST WEEK, 2 COURTEOUS, ENGLISH SPEAKING WORKERS CAME TO OUR HOUSE AND SPENT THE DAY POWERWASHING BOTH SIDES OF OUR FENCE. BEFORE LEAVING FOR THE DAY, THEY SPRAYED WATER ON MY ITEMS AND MY NEIGHBORS WASHING OFF WOOD PARTICLES FROM OUR OUTDOOR ITEMS. TWO BROTHERS COMPANY AND THEIR CREW ARE VERY CAREFUL AND THOROUGH. THEY ALLOWED DAYS TO PASS TO LET THEIR WORK AND THE FENCE DRY. YESTERDAY, THE SAME 2 GUYS AND ANOTHER CAME OUT, COURTEOUS AND THOROUGH LIKE BEFORE. THEY COVERED WITH TARPS MY BUSHES, SWINGSET, SHED, AND MY-NEIGHBORS SHED. DUE TO THE SIZE OF THE PROJECT THEY COULDN'T COVER ALL AT ONCE, BUT THEY COVERED ITEMS PROTECTIVELY AS THEY MOVED SECTION TO SECTION. FIRST THEY SPRAY STAIN WITH A ELECTRIC POWER SPRAYER, THEN BRUSHED IN WITH A BROOM. IT TOOK 2-3 GUYS ALL DAY TO COMPLETE THE TASK; COVERING ITEMS, SPRAY STAIN, BRUSH IN, AND PROPER CLEAN UP. I HAD A QUESTION REGARDING SOMETHING THAT WAS DONE & CHUCK PROMPTLY CALLED AND VISITED ME. I'M SATISFIED, MORE-THAN SATISFIED WITH ALL THE WORK THAT WAS DONE. I'M PLEASED I CHOSE TWO BROTHERS COMPANY. I WOULD USE THEM AGAIN. I RECEIVED A BID FROM THEM ON WASHING AND SEALING PAVER BRICK, I MAY HAVE THEM WASH AND SEAL NEXT SPRING.

Deck had already been power-washed and stripped; it had started being sanded. Chuck did on-site visit and provided estimate, stating that the sanding would take down the rough spots that the power washing had left behind. Work was completed over two days - power-washing the first day, then sanding and staining the second day. The breaker to the back of the house had tripped during the work, but Chuck informed me that they had completed the work by running an extension cord to the front of the house. The stain was lighter in some sections than in others, but Chuck informed me that this is typical with stain due to the characteristics of wood surfaces. Found that there were bird droppings under the stain in two sections, so I removed the droppings and stained over the spots. Chuck later informed me that all of their work is covered by an 18-month warranty, and that if ever there was any issue with the job performed he would work with me to utilize the warranty to correct the issue. Chuck is passionate for the work that Two Brothers performs and cares about the jobs his company performs. Improved communication between Chuck and myself would have remedied the questions that occurred after the work was performed.

Actually completed the work sooner than scheduled, good weather helped, They were friendly, thorough, and the quality of the job is impressive. They protected shrubs, house siding, and surrounding area. Except for a newly stained deck you wouldn't know they were here. We are a very happy customer!

Initially very responsive and helpful. Work was performed later than estimated but that was related to weather although we did not get any updates about schedule until we called. There were issues with the quality of the work which they were not very helpful with. We would not use again or recommend them to others.
