They were punctual. It was free. We got free coupons because they messed up so bad in the beginning. I would never use them in the future. They could have done the work correctly the first time around. They didn't install the furnace correctly so there was water that came through the walls. They had to redo the walls and all that but they still didn't fix what they were supposed to. I would never hire them again.

Initially was happy with their service. I put in a new heating and air conditioning system. Ever since then their customer service stinks. This is the second time I have made a schedule routine maintenance appointment 2 week in advance. I took of work and arrange my schedule around this. I then do not hear from them at all. When I call I am told "we are very busy and may not get to you today". It seems they are only interested getting new business and customers. Once they have your money they no longer care about their previously loyal customers.

water heater was old and leaking. needed new one so we replaced it. got good deal and very good service

2 days ago, Salesman Jake convinced me to purchase a new heating unit from Perfect Home Services. His selling points were: Highly trained and skilled craftsmen doing the install, Best most reliable equipment available, they unconditionally stand behind their sale and if necessary, will come out to service it day or night, holiday or weekend. NOT TRUE!!! So I agreed, and they installed the unit yesterday. At the end of the install, as I was reviewing the job with the craftsman, we found a leak. The craftsmen simply spread some PVC glue over the outside of the joint, assuring me that this normally works. (The best craftsmen would disassemble, clean the joint, prime it, and re-glue it). It did appear to stop leaking however. A few minutes later, we found that another joint above it was leaking (was probably always the one that was leaking). On this one, because it was inverted, he spread some silicone glue around the joint and declared it as finished. He advised me to watch it to be sure it stayed sealed and if it didn't to call them back out to fix it. This morning, ~15 hours after the installation, I inspected it and found it was leaking again, but much worse. I called Home Services and left a message with the call-out service. I never received a call. I called back several hours later. The service said she didn't know why they hadn't called me back, and would relay the message again. Several hours and still nothing. So I called Salesman Jake's cell phone number and left a message. No return call. Several hours later, called and left another message. Still no call back. SO HOW IS THIS level of service after the sale meeting meeting the selling points above. I would be very careful with this company!

That was not so good. The company was great. They kind of gave us forever warranty for the house for the mistake this guy made. He came in and I didn't like him at all. He didn't even know about the Angie's List coupon. He said he didn't even know what that is. I told him that was what he came here for, to inspect my furnace. He went down there and inspected the furnace and then just did stuff, and didn't even explain as he was going so we didn't even know what he was doing. We didn't know there was even a repair going on. He was supposed to be instructing. We were never informed of whatever he did and it ended up costing us $300-something to have this fixed. We were very upset so I gave him the coupon and they took it off. The girl I was dealing with in the office, Kristen, was very sweet. This guy was very nasty. My husband was obviously getting mad. We were mad because he didn't tell us what he was doing. He just went ahead and did it and then we got to pay for the service. I called Kristen who was the girl in the office and told her he doesn't even know what an Angie's List coupon looks so she said she would take it down to what it is. They gave me $55 off the service and then she was so apologetic. She said she's so sorry; they had actually pull them out of field to train them. About 3 people taught him. They gave me a forever home warranty so if anything ever goes wrong with that or the water heater, it will be fixed for nothing. They did fine on the company side but the guy they sent was not. I don't know what he did down there. I didn't watch when he did it. My husband said they didn't put any parts in. All he did was take something out and turn something back in. The part has freon so the pricing of that was terrible. I used them before and that experience was wonderful. This guy just kind of killed it for me in an instant. It was a different guy and unfortunately he left.

Joe arrived and was conversational and consultative. He showed me three options with pricing that he said was "fixed" once I selected the option I was comfortable with. He explained each but did not steer me towards any. I elected to try rodding the line since I suspected the blockage was not too unique but somewhere deeper in the line. After rodding twice beyond the wall of our home, the line was still blocked. I asked questions to understand the situation, Joe answered each, but I think even he felt the situation defied logic (which it did). Our finished basement just added to his investigative challenges since he could not see much of the piping. (and did I mention the two dogs yapping at him non-stop the whole time?) I began to see mi fixed number rapidly escalating due to all the additional work and time. But Joe was calm, assured me he would figure it out and after going back after it another time with a different bit, it broke loose. I know Joe was here much longer then he originally expected, but the price did not change. Once he left you couldn't even tell I had work done -- except my sinks worked again. Thanks Joe. You guys are fantastic and I won't hesitate to call again if need be.

The service went okay. They were great. The Big Deal was $44 and the total cost was almost $500 when the work was completed. I like them because they were time-efficient, professional, and experienced.

They are not good at calling back. The technician was great. Their clean up wasn't the best.

I still have to fill out the refund form for that one. I bought two coupons. They refused to provide services because of the town I live in. They cancelled the deal after I tried to use one of the coupons for a friend. Even though I had an appointment already set up, they cancelled my appointment because of the town I live in. My interactions with them over the phone were very dissatisfying. I had no service for what I paid. They didn’t do anything and they've still got my money. I really want a refund.

Clean, efficient and honest. He told me with all the large trees in our yard that we would probably have to have this done every year. Problem solved and I know to have it done each spring to keep drains working well.

Had a new air conditioner and furnace put in. A week later, had to call them because the furnace was leaking water and the unit was very loud. Came out and found that they installer left the manual in the unit and never caused about the outside unit. They never fixed the noise the of the unit. I basically was told that was the unit. I now have to listen to a loud clunk and constant buzzing every time my quite expensive unit is running. They are quick when it is going to make them a buck but when it is a warranty repair they won't do anything.

We were very happy with their work. They explained things well, and gave us good information.

I called to get a plumber out the night of a big downpour as there was a foot of water in the basement, Monday June 15. The sump pump had failed. The plumber told me that he was booked all night. I was told I would be toward the head of the list as I called early. I was told to have the water removed first and then they would come to fix the problem and since I was on their "list" as having called in early that they would work with the water removal company that they work with. I used their water removal company, Chicago Water and Fire. I called Perfect Home Services early on Wednesday morning the 17th and explained that the water removal company had removed the water but it keeps coming back in so I need them to coordinate with the water removal folks to get in there. The receptionist told me that I would be put on the end of the list so that meant that I would have to wait at least another day or more. When I asked about being a priority since I had called early, she said that it was too bad but I was going to have to wait.

They were good. They did a good job.

Terrible. I will never trust this company again. I had used them before and been quite satisfied, only to later realize they were grossly overcharging for their services. Buyer beware!

The service was good. There were no additional costs on top of the $49 Big Deal. They came out about a week after I purchased the Big Deal. I like that they are very professional and do a good job. I do not really have a dislike. The price was a good price.

They were good. They were prompt and took care of the issue.

Their price wasn't cheap. They came out once before. He did a pretty good job. The faucets froze again, and really did the work for next to nothing.

It turned out very well. He came out to do the service and he did a good job. I was pretty satisfied. There were no other fees on top of the $49 big deal. He did a pretty and thorough job. There was only one guy who came out and he was punctual and did the job very well. It was an all around good experienced. We booked and scheduled then they came out, did their work and did a pretty good job.

They fixed the toilet just fine. It seemed to be a bit expensive though. I couldn't do the deal. We did the whole inside of the toilet. They took a $100 off because they didn't do the flapper. We did that ourselves. It went well.

They did a good job and then used a camera after to check and make sure they were open.

Great. The technician came out and called me prior to getting to house. I have him specific instructions how to come in house as my daughter was sleeping. He was quiet, courteous and very knowledgable. He recommended we change our humidifier filter as well as a piece in our furnace. Although it cost me $239 to complete, I felt he was genuinely looking out for my best interest. Overall a positive experience.

The plumber would not rod out the sewer line as per the deal. Claimed that the sewer was too fragile to rod.

It was okay. The guy would not look at my water heater because he said it was old and needed to be replaced.

We had one service on our rental property and then we had one service at the location I live in now, my current home. The one they did at my rental property we didn't liked it. They were reasonably good in shower repair that was done at my place was good even I thought it was little expensive, but it was comparable they were on higher side of couple of quotes we got. The one for at the rental property was like for the garbage disposal in the kitchen sink. I don't know the person they sent was like completely off, but we called them and we gave them our feedback. He came he spent two to three hours he didn't know what the problem was and then he gave me an estimate of like $700 for the whole thing and then we were like this is not good and then we called somebody else to came and finished it up for $220 or something like that and this one trip was not good and sometimes they take a couple of days to respond. Once we wanted a second copy of the bill because we needed for like rental property we can claim back deductions on repair so we wanted a copy of the bill add they said they will sent it, but they never sent it and they didn't call back or didn't respond to voice mail. They are professional. I probably would use them in the future for plumbing again, but not for kitchen sink.
