The technician arrived when he was scheduled and was able to diagnose the problem in just a couple minutes. The price on the replacement pump seemed high, but when factoring in the speedy service it seems fair.

It went very well, Bruce snipe did an excellent job !!! He solved all the problems , and did it in a timely manner. He was very professional and very knowledgeable about the job. He knew exactly what to do. I would hire him to do the job for me at anytime.

Bob was Fantastic! He did a thorough Inspection while diagnosing the issues affecting our cooling system. Furthermore, he was extremely knowledgeable and professional. Once the problem was identified, he explained it thoroughly in a manner understandable to non-technicians. I have owned real estate for over 40 years, during that time I have dealt with many heating and air conditioning technicians, I have never had the pleasure of working with someone who provides such superior professional service in such a friendly way!

No maintenance record left on furnace. Inside of AC not looked at , leaves and debris still in there. Offered unnecessary, expensive services.

Went perfectly, units were installed everything was cleaned up and removed. Installers were very nice and fully explained everything highly recommend!

Great service! Everything was explained to me, and service was performed quickly and neatly.

I made it very clear to the company, that I was aware I needed a new system but, I needed to just have this one work for the rest of this summer. Note that this was my third attempt with a heating and cooling company. Not only did Kyle R. do exactly what I asked, but he also did not upcharge me like everyone else. In fact, he nearly cut the price in half from what everyone else tried to charge me. Kyle R. Was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. He gave me excellent advice as far as my system was concerned, and ensured before he left that everything was working properly. This company will definitely be replacing my AC system when the time comes. I would recommend them to anyone. And that's after going through at least 10 companies on the phone and three in person.

Called for a free AC check and as soon as tech came out he found the unit wasn’t working properly. It never had an issue until he arrived and opened it. Said it needed a new $300 capacitor to fix it. Capacitor was installed and still there was an issue. Needed to do a little more work to fix at $75 hour now. There went the free service. $375 for a free AC check to get it back to where it was before service started. Thought they were doing something nice for first responders. Not at all! Then they want me to pay for their yearly membership for more free annual service. Stop! Don’t use this company. I’m not against paying for service, but find a company you can trust. Not this one.

Very thorough informative! Very pleased with the professionalism.

Old hot water heater was leaking and needed replacing. Perfect Home Services sent John to assess the situation and he had in his truck the exact size has water heater we wanted installed, and once the financing was confirmed, he removed the old leaking water heater and installed the new, larger gas water heater. John was very professional and highly expert in this project. We are very pleased thus far. I am attaching a picture of the old water heater and a picture of the new one.

Everything went great. The technician was professional and knowledgeable and efficient in getting the work done.

It went well. I was told pricing up front. They had all the parts in hand just in case. Clean install and they cleaned up the job site after they were done. Actually it was one gentleman and he was pretty quick.

We were able to have them come out the next day, for a $49 service charge if no repair was made. The technician, Kyle, was communicative and punctual, and gave a sound evaluation on the system. What I had a problem with was what I felt was price gouging. The estimate he gave to replace the condenser and coil was $4000-4500 for a 4 ton unit, which isn’t the lowest I’ve had or the highest, but he said the cost of R22 Freon was $150/lb, and when I looked for it online it was $189 for 10 lbs. When I brought this up he mentioned fees and taxes and that $150 was the “going rate” for professional companies. If that’s the case, then the industry is price-fixing, and charging exorbitant fees. I have much better estimates from a smaller company that is also licensed and bonded, and no way in **** am I paying 7.5x the cost of materials in labor and fees.

Quick, efficient and professional service. He fixed the problem and gave suggestions for future service. No hard sell. We'll be back

Michael Cerv was synonymous with the name of the company, (PERFECT). Mike was thorough, explained all details and very polite. He constantly kept us informed of every task he performed and went above and beyond to make sure we understood. He also did not forget and unturned details such as filters. He took his time to answer challenging questions and never did I feel rushed. Because of Mike, I signed for the plan. Please send Mike again!!!!!!😃😀

Arrived exactly at 8am (yay!), Mask, gloves, shoe covers, kept distance inside, explained what he needed to do, finished outside, all smooth and easy. Also customer service and scheduling are very pleasant to deal with.

Everyone was great. From the service tech that came out to diagnose my problem, all of the way to the install. The 2 install guys did a great job making sure everything got put in properly and functioned the way it was designed. I made sure they had a clean and clear space to work so everything would run smooth to get the job done. Would highly recommend. Very professional.
