Perfect Home Services

After we had black mold under our kitchen sink we had a restoration company do cleanup and repair. But perfect home services did all the plumbing. They did a wonderful job, always on time and the work quality was top notch. I commented about how the new pipe layout was perfectly placed, a sign of someone that takes pride in their work.

The technician was on time, professional, and very knowledgeable. Perfect Home Services installed our heating and A/C eleven years ago. Our unit is a Trane and we have not had a single problem. We change the air filters in the furnace; PHS does the maintenance (a service for which we pay a very reasonable monthly fee). Excellent service and honest advice on the condition of our AC and furnace. Gave me multiple options but wasn’t pushing a sale. Felt like I was getting advice from a trusted friend or family member that had more knowledge than I did. Definitely people you want to help avoid a heating/cooling emergency down the road.

Dameon did a very thorough inspection of A/C unit, he consulted his manager as needed throughout the process, worn his face covering throughout the entire process. Very professional.

To date I have had plumbing, AC and furnace check by Perfect Home, and I am pleased with everything they have done. Today an extremely nice young man came to check and clean my air conditioning unit. As soon as he walked in the door, he told me his name (Chris), and he was wearing a mask. He gave me a brief explanation about his company, and what the visit would entail. I was struck with the amount of time he took to check and service the AC. In the past I’ve used other companies, but not a single one took the time to explain things to me in language I could understand, and were in and out in no time, and leaving me to wonder what it was they actually did. Chris told me what I would need in the future, but didn’t pressure me in any way. His manner was friendly, patient, and knowledgeable. I appreciated his honesty, and willingness to listen to my questions, and then answer them to my satisfaction. Now that I have “found” Perfect Home, I plan on using them exclusively whenever I need plumbing, AC, and furnace servicing. P.S. Just an added observation: They have well-kept, clean and colorful trucks, and the service representatives all wear red polo shirts with the company logo. Those little things are important to me. Went great. Kyle came and explained what was wrong and went over what options we had to take care of it. Tim took apart the system and Brandon and Paul installed the new system. Very professional. I am having them come back to install a new water tank.

He was at my house for 3 hours going over in my furnace, which has some issues in the future. I am a Realtor of 20 years and run past HVAC companies very often in my job during home inspections and this was the best company I ever worked with by far. I go 2 A.C units serviced for only $60.00. What a deal.
