Great. Technician (Shawn K.) arrived at the agreed upon time. He used PPE which I appreciated. He explained the problem and gave me a quote before starting the work. He took pics and attached to invoice. Shawn was very professional and friendly. I felt comfortable having him in my home.

Went smoothly, they actually sent the guy who put the air conditioner in this old bungalow 21 years ago. Erick the Technician(wearing his PPE) came on time as scheduled ,discussed the tune-up procedure, proceeded to do the diagnostics and finally cleaned the furnace. His appearance was very neat. After all the readings ,he turned on the furnace and checked that it worked properly without any issues. Erick performed his testing with professionalism and left me with confidence that I will have no issues with my furnace for the coming winter. I would recommend Perfect Home Services for your furnace tune-ups as well as servicing.

I requested a furnace tuneup since I have not had one for many years. They had a $39 introductory offer. The tech Bob found a gas leak and a dirty blower fan and that my air cleaner is not working. Bob was great and very personable and knowledgeable and after thoroughly going over everything I opted to fix the gas leak and clean the fan. He was able to do it all at the same visit. I would request Bob for any future service calls and I will definitely use this company in the future. Bob is a real asset to his company and the industry. 5 star service!

It went very well the technician name Brent was very nice to work with and explained things to me and was even willing to explain it on the phone to my father as I was nervous on what to do. So he put my mind as ease.

Tech check everything told me to need a parts replacement. The sticker shock was $760.00 to get the job done which looks extremely high and pricey. When asked for breakdown of the charges could not give one.

Paul and Ian were knowledgeable and professional. The install was quick and cleanup thorough. They came out in the morning and by early afternoon we had a new furnace and thermostat.

Horrible. They came out and quoted me $1000.00 to replace rusty burners and leaky gas line. Thank God I got a second opinion. I only paid for the repair of rusty burners (75.00) AND THERE WAS NO GAS LINE LEAKING! I even questioned the guy if I have a gas line leaking why dont I smell gas? He didnt give me a straight answer.

First off, tech was very condescending. Quoted $340+ for a new "system" (aka flap and chain for toilet) and when told I wasn't interested was given some serious attitude. Not sure if it's because I'm a woman or because it's their MO but will not be contacting this company again. Service call was for a toilet but they clearly wanted to upsell me in water heater, furnace, etc etc even from the dispatch call.
