Description of Work: Initial plumber created two major leaks that needed to be repaired by the company's master plumber. This was an unnecessary, extremely frustrating and disappointing first Angie's List experience. With support from Angie's List the company responded in a more timely manner although the company should have refunded all money paid to them. S.M.

Description of Work: I had PHS perform a fall furnace inspection. The tech found that I needed a capacitor. I remembered a different company told me the the same thing the prior year. PHS wanted almost 3 times what the other company gave me on a quote to repair. Well I got the capacitor replaced, but with other company, who is also highly recommended in Angie's List. While the tech arrived on time, was friendly, and did a good job, I gave a middle rating because of their repair estimate price.

Description of Work: Perfect replaced 3 gas furnaces for us. They were highly professional, on time and focused on delivering quality service. There may be less expensive options but I did not have the luxury of time when the work was needed and they delivered. I would not hesitate to use them again.

Description of Work: Rod out cover for drain had fallen off in crawl space. Could not put it back on since the threads were rusted. They found patch that would seal it without having to replace the iron pipe. It seemed to go great. On further inspection I may have to have them come back because there seems to be some small leaks on the same iron pipe.

Description of Work: This company cleaned my catch basin and my sewer line. They were very familiar with the plumbing used in buildings that were built in the late 1800's. They were effective, knowledgeable and informative. Just a bit pricey but their knowledge was priceless.

Description of Work: I bought a deal for $55 for A/C, water heater or gas furnace service. They were pretty good. The tech was very knowledgeable and knew how to service my 26 year old unit, which is something you don't see very often.
