Our job entailed removing and replacing an old, leaky, neo-angle corner shower. The other companies we contacted were either too expensive, too busy, or not interested in our job. I was so glad that Envy was at our pricepoint and easily worked with our schedule. The entire team working on our project was awesome. Jed the sales rep, Francisco the project manager, and John the installer are all top notch. I cannot say enough great things about John. He is amazingly meticulous. The new shower was about an inch smaller than the original, and he did a great job with fixing the flooring, walls, and baseboard to line up, and it looks perfect. There was some rot in the subflooring, an issue with the original plumbing, and other little hiccups, but he handled each and every one professionally. He was very respectful of our home, and was tidy, pleasant, and polite. Francisco was great to work with as well. He was instrumental in helping me pick the right materials for the job. I appreciated being able to purchase the materials ourselves to save on costs, and Francisco double-checked everything to make sure it would fit and that I had all the parts needed to complete the job. The team truly went above and beyond for our project. I could not be happier with the results and highly recommend them.

We love our new Sunroom. Adam, Dan, Bruce, Manual, Victor, Gabriel, Jesus, Tom, Peter and Robert did an excellent job. We appreciated the open communication, keeping us updated and informed. The Windows, Siding and Sunroom look absolutely beautiful. We are so looking forward to using our new Sunroom. We could not be happier with the results. Perfectly. Adam, Bill and the 2 man crew were very easy to work with. The men were meticulous in every thing that was done. The room looks fabulous and everyone says that it is an unbelievable addition to my home. Every detail, wood trim, soaring windows and ceiling were as promised and even better than promised. Adam and his crew were fantastic. They were responsive and meticulous. The two men who actually built the room were courteous and conscientious. The room turned out nicer than I dreamed and everyone who sees it is amazed. I am in it as much as I can! It is not an inexpensive room, but looks like a million dollars! I highly recommend Envy.

The overall experience was outstanding. The entire team Sales (Adam Kingen)), Project Management (Bill and Ed) and Installation (Horatio) went out of thewir way to make sure things were done right (very professional and customer focused). The roof is excellent quality and looks fantastic. We were kept informed of when the materials for the job arrived and when we could expect the work to be completed. Everything went very well with no problems. We are very happy with our new sunroom roof. It makes the entire sunroom look brand new. We are really enjoying the extra space our sunroom gives us.

It was among the best construction experiences we have had with our home. The timeline that was given when we ordered was met. The workers were very skilled at what they were doing and cleaned up after each phase of the job. The job included the removal of the existing deck and the concrete footings. Additionally being a wheelchair bound individual there were some extra issues that had to be addressed i.e., a 27 foot ramp for my power wheelchair, access from both sides of the room, moving water service, running a natural gas line for our grill , to mention a few. Adam who was the sale representative did an excellent job detailing the process and timelines, He contacted us throughout the process to insure that we were pleased with the progress of the room. Bill who was production manager checked on progress regularly., The three man work crew led by Gabriel did a quality job. All permits with our village were secured by the company and met all requirements for the various inspections for footings, electric connections, plumbing and final approval. Often the various village inspectors commented on the excellent quality of the work that was done. We would recommend Envy without any reservation,

We are so happy with our sunroom. We have spent so much time in there already. Communication was great. Envy even adjusted their schedule to accommodate a foundation repair we had to have done during construction. Adam and Bill were very professional and were open to any suggestions or requests we had.

Everything went very well from start to finish. Adam (our sales consultant) came out and showed us pictures and explained the process of having the work done. He was very knowledgeable, informative, professional and easy to contact. Bill (the construction manager) was out to measure and make sure everything was in order. The guys did a great job of installing our screen room. It looks fantastic and we have received compliments from all of our neighbors. The whole experience of dealing with Envy was trouble free and they kept us informed throughout the whole project. We would definitely recommend them and wouldn't hesitate to use them again in the future!

Everything went well very helpful got all the artwork 7 permits in a timely manor after that took about 1 1/2 weeks to get room fully completed Looks great

Overall, we are very pleased with the outcome. Adam came to offer an estimate of the project - he is very thorough and responsive. I do think that he paints a very optimistic of the process -- our process took much longer due to an oversight that we feel they by should have been aware of. That being said, we were in no rush and wanted to make sure the process was done well. Envy was patient and allowed us to complete the job at our own rate. The actual construction of the sunroom is quite good. One concern is that water leaks into the bottom part of the window frame after heavy rains, but I was told that that is to be expected. It does not seem to be a problem, but we will see how it goes in the summer months. Our new sunroom is wonderful. Despite a couple of setbacks, we would make the same decision and use Envy again.

They did an amazing job on our 15x20 sunroom. They were very professional and communication was great throughout the job.

Adam and his team are phenomenal. I would rate responsiveness A++++ if that was available. There were very few issues and when there were they were resolved quickly. Quality of work is exceptional. The room is beautiful.

Fantastic! Adam, Bill and the crew were all great, professional and responsive. They did as planned and completed the project with a perfect end result! I would highly recommend this company for any sunroom or season room addition. They really have it down to a clean process and kept on schedule (outside of weather delays) throughout the process. They also answered all of our questions throughout the project and helped us with recommendations and ideas for lighting, fans, flooring, etc. Even when a small hiccup occurred, they rectified and handled immediately. While getting multiple quotes is always helpful (which we did) our choice was a great one with the end result. We absolutely love this room.

My wife and I recently purchased a home on a lake with a screened in patio that was in need of an upgrade. We decided to convert to a 3-season room and proceeded with our due diligence receiving multiple bids for the work which needed to be done. We decided on Home Envy for a variety of reasons: positive customer reviews; value; capability of handling all the work which needed to be done (raising the cement pad; additional peers; replacing posts); comprehensiveness of the bid; and the ability and willingness to warrant ALL the work ? in writing from one of the owners. The work began in earnest during 4Q and arguably took a bit longer than planned. There were also a couple bumps in the road but the end product was OUTSTANDING. The minor bumps in the road that I referred to were just that ? minor ? and ALL were resolved quickly; with a smile; and with 100% satisfaction on my end. The extended time line was the result of a number of support posts which were rotted and had to be replaced. Again, Home Envy had no way of knowing that the posts were rotted until they began the work and when discovered, it was addressed promptly and fairly and resulted in a much more stable product over the long term. Communication was excellent with Adam. There was rarely a time when I sent a message when I didn?t receive a response within hours and always with a positive tone (even on Thanksgiving Day). Never once was I made to feel that any of my requests were a bother. Adam and his team lived up to their commitment of providing superior customer service. And the bottom line is that the end product was an AWESOME three season room which will provide my wife and I with many hours of enjoyment overlooking our lake. The room was a significant investment on our part and Home Envy did something we didn?t think possible: they exceeded our expectations and our expectations going in were very high. They are an organization and a team you can trust; with high integrity; and always willing to do the ?right thing?.

It was easy to make contact with the company, they came soon and on time to make the free estimate. Adam, Bill and the crew were friendly and professional. We just have kind of a contingence at the beginning of the project with the starting date, because of company's job backlog, but it wasn't a big problem for us. They clean everything. They made all the paperwork and village permits, we just took care of our HOA. The communication with the company is really good, they answer right away. Our sunroom looks beautiful, we can't wait to enjoy it starting this coming Spring!!!
