Description of Work: Scott helped us choose and set up a new computer, software, and networked printer. My husband and I never could have done what Scott did for us. He's a smart, efficient computer wizard who saved us a lot of time and money; and he was very patient answering all of our numerous questions. We feel we found the computer guru we've been looking for; any problems, we just contact Scott!

Description of Work: I called Arx Computers because I wanted to have someone set up our 4-year-old laptop so that we could go on line wireless. Even though I called around noon on a Friday, Scott was able to send someone out later that day. Ted showed up a few hours later with everything needed to complete the job. First off, he saw that our computer was about to crash. After clearing out an overabundance of tool bars, he installed a LINKSYS Wireless-G Broadband Router and a LINKSYS Wireless-G Notebook Adapter. Ted made sure everything was working correctly and that I understood how to use it. He also updated our on line security. Ted was very helpful and answered all my questions in terms that I could understand. I will definitely use Arx Computers again. It was worth every cent for the aggravation it saved me. Now I can write my Angie's List reports and watch TV at the same time!
