He came out right away and got the job done very quickly.

We were very satisfied. Art came out and gave us an estimate of the work that would be required, including the fact that he charges $72 per hour. We also discussed the possibility of installing a new bath exhaust fan/heater, but he explained why he thought it would not be wise to do so for safety reasons. We scheduled the installation of the medicine cabinet and light for the following week. He was prompt, polite and considerate, and he worked without a break. He did a very good job and cleaned everything up. We did call him a week or so later regarding a problem with one of the cabinet bracket bolts beginning to pull away from the wall, and he came to repair it that very same day. A couple weeks later (we were waiting for cooler weather) he installed the storm door after removing the old one. We are satisfied customers. Art is very conscientious and particular about his work, and everything he did, he did very well. We would definitely hire him again.

Was on time and seemed to know what he was doing. Patio door lock fixed and works fine now. Cost included some parts he supplied.

The warped flooring had come loose. He repaired them effectively.

He is very energetic, he comes in and just starts working but as he walks through he says I can do that for you I can do this for you. He points things out as he walks by. He isn't pushy in any way. His punctuality is perfect. He is very respectful and very clean. He brings in his own vacuum.

He was pleasant. He also gave me an estimate on another job. He did help me do some cleaning up on something that he did not charge me for. However, he did not do a good job fixing the faucet as it still leaked. My husband had to end up replacing the faucet. It actually leaked worse after he left than it did before. The faucet was probably faulty, but a follow-up call would have been nice. (The faucet was the one that he had repaired.)

He's so great, he's like a member of the family. He's a real nice person, honest and will take the time he needs to complete work. He saved me a substantial amount of money by repairing kitchen cabinets. He's very resourceful and could fix them when others could not. He's also very accommodating like doing things on the weekend if needed.

1. When installing the track lighting, I decided the fixture hung too low, even with the shortest extension pieces. Art studied the situation and found a way to move the lights higher. Perfect! 2. I wanted more light above the kitchen sink, as the current light only allows a 40-watt incandescent. When Art looked at the light fixture, he determined that it could take a much higher watt FLOOD light. He had to move the fixture up a little to accommodate the length of a flood light, so I saved $$$ not having to replace the light. 3. Art came out on another trip to install and adjust a motion-sensor light. Four days later the motion-sensor got fried due to a power surge. I called Art and he arrived within an hour. He determined that the wiring was not working so he temp, re-wired the fixture to get the lights to work until I can get a new motion-sensor. Art was honest to say I should have an electrician look at the wiring to determine what was wrong.

I found them to be very competent, they did a great job on both repairs. He did some minor plumbing repairs, if there was something he could not do he advised us. His repairs were great.

Art was terrific, courteous, organized, prompt, and flexible in that he came on a Saturday with no extra charge. All the odd jobs were completed efficiently in two hours. Art is extremely well-prepared, knowledgeable, and takes pride in his work. Although he could not repair the front door lock (which is a specialty lock, otherwise he could have done so) or the hot water spigot (which he determined needed replacement rather than a repair), he me where to go next to resolve these issues.

Art handled all tasks efficiently and effectively. He's straightforward, prompt and easy to work with. He's let me know what work requires a "specialist" (plumber, carpenter, whatever). We're delighted with the work that he's done, and plan to call him again in the future.

Art did the projects quickly and professionally. He also offered advice on several other project that we are planning, and followed up by phone on something he researched for me. Overall, great experience.

I needed help with general projects around the house. Art was very professional, helpful and thorough.

Art was easy to work with and honest about what he could do and what he couldn't. He made the above repairs in roughly 3 hours. He also looked at some cabinet doors that I was hoping he could realign, but he noted right away that I would need to seek a cabinet maker because it was out of his level of expertise.

It was great. A day later, I noticed a leak and Art came back & re-did the plumbing attachment. We then called him in again a few weeks later to do other work for us--he repaired an outlet and fixed a toilet leak. Excellent work.

Art returned the initial call promptly and presented a free estimate for the household projects. He was on-time, trustworthy, friendly, knowledgeable and very skilled. He was an efficient and creative problem-solver, and performed additional work that went beyond the call of duty. He cares about the quality of his work and takes pride in his efforts. Without doubt, we will hire him again. We have also referred him to friends in the community.

I thought he was really nice and helpful. This was the first time I used him and I just have him do some little things that needed to be done around the house. I'm not sure how much I paid him, but I don't feel that he overcharged me at all. I was happy with all the work that he did.

Art was on time and explained what he was doing while he was working. The work was completed in a timely manner, he was careful to keep the work space clean and he was up front about what he could and couldn't do.

He is a great guy to work with. He is a real friendly and responsible person. He is very busy but good at getting back to you when you need to communicate with him. His work is outstanding and he is very meticulous.

He came assessed the problem was to give a estimate and return to complete the work. He was to send us an estimate in the mail and we have not heard from him in two weeks. He was rated very highly but he acted very unprofessional in not returning phone calls or sending the estimate.
