Within three hours, she had our home (two levels, two baths, carpet and wood floors, plus kitchen, dusting, and mirrors) cleaner than it's been in months ... don't judge. We are grateful for the excellent service of A+ Cleaners.

They are always punctual and responsive and have been flexible with my schedule when needed. They are also open to feedback and any special requests. cut a lot of corners...disappointing

It went very well. I am very satisfied with the work that Ines and her husband did. They were very thorough. I have set up another appointment with them.

They were a little slow. There were not able to do much in 4 hours. Half of the work was good, and the other half was just ok. There was still a little dust in the kitchen, and there was a little stickiness on the kitchen hood. A couple of stains were on the floor too. They were a little slow at the beginning, but near the end they sped up.

From the ad I had the expectation of a "refrigerator and stove cleaning, until your house is clean." Was told my square feet was over what was advertised. I would have prioritized had that been explained when she arrived. She did a good job however. I have a regular house cleaner who does the same job for $85.

Amazing. I purchased the $199 deep cleaning package and it definitely lived up to its name. Ines was super responsive and was able to fit us in the very next day, even during a short week due to Memorial Day. When we walked in the house, we were amazed by how thoroughly clean everything was. It was literally spotless. She left no surface untouched. The house practically sparkled. With three kids under age 5, this never happens! My husband described it as "magic." We would hire Ines again in a heartbeat.

Ines and her husband did an outstanding job! Everything that needed to be cleaned was cleaned and then some. They took their time and did such a thorough job, I hired them to come back every three weeks. They have been here three times since May and have continued to do a fantastic job. I would not even hesitate to recommend them to anyone who likes a totally clean house.

They arrived on time, they were professional and efficient. The final product though was not impressive... The wood floors had multiple spots left. The big let down was the kitchen... They didn't clean inside the oven or refrigerator (I asked them not to clean in the fridge - but this was included in the original quote), there were countertop appliances that weren't wiped off, I told her that the dishwasher didn't work, yet after she left I opened it and it was full of dirty dishes... 3 hours and $200, I expected better. Not a big house, the kitchen should have been done much better.

This time she charged a little more than the big deal so that is why I have not had her bad. It was a little more than I wanted to pay. They did a good job. They were attentive. She asked if there was special things that I would like to pertain too. The price was a little high since I have a small place.

We had been Merry Maids for monthly house cleaning services for several years and became disenchanted with the "good enough" job they did. Inés at A+ Cleaning Service addressed all of the shortcomings we found with the service we got from Merry Maids and much more. The additional two hours that Inés spends at our place each month really shows in her work. Furniture is moved, windows are washed, and all the little details are addressed. The best part are all of the little surprises you find days after her visit. On several occasions, my partner and I have said, "Come and look! You won't believe where she cleaned!" Before each visit, I leave Inés a list of things to take care of and she never overlooks a thing. Unlike services like Merry Maids, who often send a different crew with each visit, I know that Inés will remember what we like done and the list of things I leave for her will become shorter and shorter. I give A+ Cleaning Service a grade consistent with its name. If you're looking for a cleaning service in the Chicago suburbs, don't hesitate to contact Inés. She will not disappoint!

Cleaning was performed as described

Wow. They did a much better job than previous cleaners I've worked with. Knobs carefully removed from stove and cleaned to a shine, hard to clean grime removed from cooktop, no film left behind on difficult surfaces. The team followed instructions and really put care into their work. If I could afford to have them come every day, I would.

Run don't walk from using this service! The first deep clean was very good, but her performance and professionalism went downhill from there and she ended up wanting an outrageous sum of money to continue, which she reminded me of each time she came. After the initial deep clean, I recommended her to a couple of friends who thought she was overpriced. She quoted each of them $350 for ongoing cleaning -- one being a condo. She then called my friends "cheap" for not using her. Just before she was scheduled to clean recently, she texted to tell me I wasn't paying enough. Dealing with her made me very uncomfortable. Let the buyer beware.

Ines and her partner really went above and beyond my expectations. They were on time, brought their own cleaning supplies and both of them worked hard for over 4 hours. My house hasn't looked this good in recent memory. I would definitely recommend this service.

A family of 3 came to my house and cleaned everything professionally and efficiently. Highly recommended! I will continue to use their services.

Very well except every agency I have had wants to leave early. Won't do some things due to time constraints
