The technician was very professional. The work was done quickly and the work site cleaned up and all trash removed. The job was so good that my neighbor asked if the tech could repair some areas on his home when done with mine.

Had a simple siding repair next to patio. B&G called within 5 minutes of submitting request, came out for an estimate in under an hour. Hired them on the spot because of their rating and professionalism. Originally wasn't 100% satisfied with the work. Called them immediately, the remedied the minor issues immediately. They did so without hesitation or questions. I could tell my satisfaction was paramount for them. I would hire them again for other jobs.

Bill and his trainee were excellent. Where as most businesses would of just thrown a new employee into a job, Bill stayed with his to supervise him the entire project. Bill also checked in with myself frequently to ensure the job was being done to my satisfaction. He kept hinting that the job, because of the damage, might not come out perfect but to be honest, I cant never tell the difference from before the damage- well done!

Only reason I have 4.5 stars for quality is that Bill didn't have a lot to work with as far as my existing siding. But Bill was responsive, fair and true to his word, when it came to getting this job done. I would definitely recommend him.
