Quality Fence & Deck

He did a great job, but I paid him $1,500 to work on a deck for my house. He never called me back after that. Eventually I was able to get him on the phone and he said he had been in an accident. Eventually he did come out to my house and put in two posts. I then never heard from him in two months. Once I did get in touch with him finally, he kept arranging dates but he never came on the date he said he would. At this point, his fence was falling apart. He never came back so I asked for my money back. He then got very vulgar with my son and I over the phone. Eventually he wrote me and said he would only give me half of my money back because the other half was with his brother, who he no longer spoke to. I have contacted the sheriffs department and he continues to not call their office back either. I intend to take him to small claims court, but wanted to post on Angie's List so all of the members in my are are aware of his bad business practices.
