 + -1 moreThe installation went well, as scheduled. The furnace has also worked well since then. However, I did find water by the furnace that night, and when the city inspector stopped by the next morning. The inspector thought it was the condensate pump which had not been replace, though it was relocated. The contractor promptly came and replaced that pump and I have not had trouble since. I deemed this as reasonable, as the pump had been strained by the previous drainage tube freezing outside, where the outlet had been set.
Description of Work: Installed a new 70,000 BTU furnace with variable speed fan. Installed air intake, relocated the condensate pump, and corrected it's drainage from outside to a proper drain.
