The windows qualified for an income tax credit. He is a general contractor and he was remodeling the house across the street and I used him. I think he was kind of expensive but he did a good job. They did the cleanup and had good workers that worked fast and got the work done. They put the windows in and fixed the extra work that I had to have done; replacing the rotten framework that I needed done. I also had them recover my deck because my deck had had a tin roof on it and it started to have pinholes on it from rusting over the years. I had them put t new top on that to replace the metal sheet roofing. They were professional and knew what they were doing. They were a good framing crew. If you have any problems you just talk to the general contractor and the guy is out there to fix it because after the work was done I saw some places that needed to be corrected and he had the guys out here within a day or two and fix it all.
