The team was very friendly. Everything was cleaned meticulously and smelled wonderful. They even did a few extra things they saw that needed done and that was so appreciated. Highly recommend!

The owner swore to me that her cleaners were thorough, yet they couldn t even completely clean the master bathroom, leaving the shower dirty and not even doing the floors!! Sending three cleaners to do a 2700 sq ft home in 4.5 hrs should ve been plenty enough time to do a better job than what was done. I really wouldn t recommend this company unless you want a half-assed job done. Really disappointed.

Professional kind and understanding company. I recently moved and needed the house cleaned, the supervisor came right away to discuss needs and pricing. She was able to get the house done the next day by 3 hardworking women who did an excellent job. They worked around our moving chaos without complaint. I was 100% impressed with their work ethic and professionalism. My house smelled so clean without any flowery or perfumes. I will continue to use their services and will look forward to the next time they come. I thank them for a job well done!

We hired Alyas Cleaning Services to clean a house my daughter and son-in-law had purchased and were planning to move into. Yvonne walked through and gave us a vague verbal estimate on the price ($300-1000). I thought that was a very broad range, but I hoped the final price would not be at the top (the final amount was $1090.00), especially, since she made many promises as to how quickly and thoroughly her crew cleaned. Yvonne gave us a starting date and stated that it would take only 1 day to clean the entire house, which was 3,278 sq. ft. Then, the cleaning crew would return for a quick 1 day clean after the painters and carpet cleaners were finished. It did not happen that easily. We also never received any written estimate for any of the work to be done. The cleaning actually took 4 spread-out days to be completed because Yvonne had other jobs and could not send a complete crew back to finish. One of Yvonne?s excuses was that the painters presence was an interference, even though there would have been no issues if the house had been cleaned in 1 day as promised. Yvonne also claimed that the house was larger than she estimated; she has been cleaning for years so I find this hard to believe. She also said that this was a normal cleaning, even though some rooms were not completed. All of her excuses are unacceptable. After the first day, my daughter was going to go buy cleaning supplies to finish; so, I called Yvonne to tell her, and she rushed over by herself to do some more cleaning. I have paid for this service, but my daughter has started cleaning the unfinished rooms. I will say that the cleaning crew was polite and friendly. However, I would never hire Alyas Cleaning Services again.

From the time Yvonne came to give me an estimate & talk about what I wanted done was very pleasing. I felt comfident that her & her team would do a good job! I am on their schedule & will have monthly cleanings. I also have asked for a few extra hours for help & they fit me in. I have Nicole, she is very detailed & conscience! Vicki

Admittedly, they've only come once so far, but if the first cleaning is indicative of the quality of their work, as I believe it is, the depth and thoroughness of the cleaning is absolutely worth the cost. I've been so impressed that I have hired them on a recurring basis.

I wish there were more rating STARS to give to this outstanding cleaning company. They should include the word "EXCEPTIONAL" in their name to more fully describe their services. Our 3000 ft penthouse apartment has never been cleaned so completely and efficiently from top to bottom. In this day and age I did not think we could ever find this kind of trustworthy work ethic and results. This will now be our first and only choice for expert cleaning services.

They cleaned my house on April 23, 2018. I want to say the young ladies did a good job. I would give them a 9 out of 10 rating. A special shout out to the young lady that cleaned the kitchen area, it was exceptional.

I’ve been extremely pleased with this professional service. My apartment is thoroughly cleaned and looks it when my helper comes in. I do recommend Alyas Cleaning Service to everyone. Especially nice is the fact they go out of their way to meet MY needs and schedule.

I called on a Wednesday to see what they could do for me by the following week. Yvonne was amazing at making time and even came in on a day that they don't normally clean to get it done. With the short notice I gave her, I was very impressed that she offered this. They did a fantastic job of cleaning my home. Every nook and cranny was cleaned and I would highly recommend their services. The value you get for what they do for you is phenomenal. When I buy another house I will be hiring them to clean.

Very happy with the work and people. The ONLY reason for not giving them 5 starts across the board is I believe there is always room for improvement, even though I am very happy with the results. I do not recommend things/businesses to my friends, I will recommend Alyas to anyone.

They were friendly and professional. The job they took on for us was not pleasant, they kept us in the loop every step of the way. They went above and beyond what was required, asking if there were items they would like to be purchased to fill the home so we did not have to shop. Exceptional service.

They were very prompt to call and schedule a time to do the estimate (of time/work to be done). They did a great job of getting our house back on track. They got quite a bit accomplished in the time there and it was so lovely to come home to a clean refrigerator and oven as well as a sparkly, fresh-smelling house.
