Description of Work: They have the best internet service in the area. But they do not have very good customer service and you will be calling them for months if they ever need to make a service call beyond the initial setup. We had to ask the for over 1 year to come and bury the line they ran to our house.

Description of Work: I was told at frist that I had enough data to run Netflex all i wanted. but after my 2yr plan was up they told me I had to upgrade which would cost 150.00 a month. return all the equiptment paid my bill about 6 month latter got a bill for about 50.00 turn over to a collection company. was never bill for this and could not prove that i did not owe this money. so i paid them will never use them again.

Description of Work: They installed the internet router and set up the service for me. It went just as well as could be expected and did it courteously. I was impressed. The install date got pushed back farther than I anticipated though. That's the only downside.
