WHISPERING HEIGHTS LANDSCAPE

This Landscaper was affiliated with our contractor and landscaping was funded into our loan. Our house was built during the winter of 2013. I first contacted Mark of Whispering Heights Landscape in early February 2014 to let him know once the weather improved we would need his services. He visited the property in late February to get an idea about the size of the job (1.5 acres). He communicated to me once the weather improved he would come grade the dirt then we would plan the yard. There were several periods where there was 10-14 days of good weather and the ground was dry enough to move. I would try to contact Mark and 1/3 of the time he would answer his phone and the other 2/3's I left messages that did not get returned (ever). On three different occasions Mark actually established exact dates his crew would be at our house. Not only did he or his crew not show up, he didn't contact me to let me know he wouldn't make the date. This last week was enough. On 4/3/14 he said he would be at our house on 4/7. He didn't show and I contacted him. On 4/7 he said his crew would be there first thing Thursday, 4/10. Late morning Thursday 4/10 I contacted him and he said after lunch on 4/10. At 5:00 on 4/11 I left him a voice mail communicating to him he was not to come to my property. Mark did communicate to me one of his pieces of equipment was being repaired however, my biggest issue was that it wasn't his phone that was broke. My builder is awesome and he agreed Whispering Heights does not deserve our business. Take this review for what it's worth. I sat at my residence three different times for 4 total days waiting on a business that didn't even have the decency or respect to contact me and inform me of any delays.
