I visited the Boise location, as I have for years, and told them what my issues were. These folks are the professionals in the business, and their main clients are the lawn companies in town. They will take the time to answer questions and they always have the right parts (an expandable splice connection, anyone?) I cannot overemphasize how much time you can save by talking to the experts. In their busiest seasons, the contractors come first at the order desk, but the wait will not be long. These folks know how to hustle. This is a can't-go-wrong option to wandering aisles at Lowes or Home Depot. They don't have a clue that I am writing this note, but these folks deserve some kind of recognition for helping the do-it-yourselfer.
Description of Work: They provided parts and advice for repair of sprinkler systems for two suburban homes in the Boise area.
