Easy Heating & Air

It is summer, my entire house is cool, and I owe it to Easy Heating and Air for a wonderful job at a reasonable cost. Before I discovered Easy Heating and Air, I had a virtual parade of A/C contractors who implied that they would assess the air conditioning challenges in my 12-year old home and then follow up with recommendations for repair. This was not the case. None of the prior contractors were willing to consider repairing my system (with a partially faulty original installation,) and tune-up of the working equipment. All they wanted to do was sell me an entire, brand new air conditioning system. It was frustrating because I was simply not ready to scrap the 70% good-stuff as they all recommended -- some without even examining my system. Easy Heating and Air, on the other hand, analyzed my system and then followed up with recommendations for different levels of service, at of course, different levels of cost. We moved ahead with a partial redesign and tune-up that worked out very well. As an extra bonus, the company was extremely prompt and responsive, showing up on time and working quickly. The personnel were terrific from the technicians to sales to the owner, whom I happened to meet. This is a great company that I sincerely recommend.

We had Hector as the service man who did the repair work on our air conditioner. Hector was very personable, very understanding as to what the problem was, and very quickly repaired our unit. This company responded to our call in less than 5 minutes, it was late when I called, but Hector worked until 8:30 fixing my problem.

Very friendly technician, Hector, serviced my a/c unit and furnace. Didn’t try and sell me parts or service I didn’t need. Was thorough and got the job done in a reasonable time and for a great price. I definitely recommend Easy Heating & Cooling.
