It's Monday. It's not a good sign when someone doesn't answer the phone in the middle of the day. They're recommended by the property manager of my apartment building, and they're the ones they use when people don't clean the carpets, but there are old stains from before I moved in. Additionally, they have 2 reviews on the BBB website, 2 positive and 2 negative, another bad sign.
