Description of Work: Had water damage inside my home to flooring, carpet, walls and furniture. If you have any type of water damage to your home look no further. I have never worked with any company that was so on top of every facit of what needed to be done from drying out walls, crawl space and carpet and then to repairing the damage. Tyler explained everything in detail every step of the way in the confusing process of dealing with the adjuster and the insurance company. If I had just called my insurance company first, they would have used their restoration company and I would not have gotten all the excellent advice from Tyler about what I was entitled to as a result of the damage the water caused. The water spread from my carpet onto a portion of my hardwood flooring and my entire hardwood flooring was completely resurfaced due to Tyler's diligence in taking readings of the degree of wetness and taking pictures of everything. Tyler previously worked as an adjuster so he knows this business inside out and is on your side in documenting the damage to your insurance company. Bow tie is a first class business and an exception in the world where most companies just want to get in and out and do not care about the quality of service they provide. I highly recommend using Bow tie. You will not be disappointed!
