Artscape Landscaping

Owner, Jayson Frank met with us and discussed my "wants" and within two days was back with a bid for the complete job as described. The bid was the best out of nine companies. Some companies never got back with a bid and others were extremely expensive. I was a bit afraid I wouldn't get a good job. Jason requires half the bid amount to begin the job and the remainder when the job is done. Within a week, as agreed upon, Jason and crew were at my house to begin. His workers are polite, fast and very hard-working, often from morning till too dark to see! Jason was present every day and always by phone. The progress was daily and Jason asked me to approve each phase of the work, always keeping my satisfaction in mind. I must say, I changed my mind a lot! Jason and the crew were respectable and patient with all my "worries!" Jason aims to please the customer and I must say I'm way beyond pleased with the results which are currently being completed today. I'm not good at design and had no idea what would look good, which plants to choose, where to place boulders and which materials would be best. Jason is expert in all of these areas. He helped me through the decisions and kept assuring me along the way that it would be beautiful....he was professionally correct!! Even though Jason is professional, he is also personable, easy to work with and is a pleasure to have around along with his workers. He is honest, fair and dependable. I had never met Jason before having him recommended by another company I had hired to do my gutters. I was fortunate to find him. Because of the lateness of the season, unfortunately I have to wait till spring to get the rest of my plants for the backyard. Jason has agreed to come back early spring and finish my plantings and any other work I need done. I will be hiring Artscape Landscaping to do my maintenance program on my "new" sod, including mowing and spraying. His is a full service company. I will, without hesitation, recommend Jason Frank/Artscape Landscaping to anyone wanting landscape design, landscaping or lawn maintenance.
