+ -1 moreI paid Kristie in full for what was quoted as a 1 or 2 week job. Delay after delay, excuse after excuse, prolonged into three months. Kristie stopped answering my calls/texts/emails, when I finally got a hold of her she said she'd refund me my money. It's been over a month and see continues to ignore my calls. Worst experience I've ever had with a contractor.
