Workers were very friendly,professional,& did an outstanding job! They were scheduled at noon, but didnt arrive until 2pm. I would have appreciated a courtesy call. Other than that, i would highly recommend them.

The clean up crew did an amazing job removing everything that had become overgrown from the lack of attention by my former gardener. Customer service was outstanding too!

The mowing crew did an outstanding job every week. They weren't in a big hurry to get to the next job and took the time to do a thorough job. Each week they blew off our entire back patio, front porch and driveway after mowing. Very friendly and professional people. If we did not move into a small patio home, we would continue using them on a weekly basis. I definitely recommend American Lawn Care Pros.

I have since moved from Meridian, but used them for my lawn service and they were great. Reasonable prices and yard always looked impeccable. I also used them to fertilize and spray for weeds. Top service from the owner, office staff and yard maintenance employees.

Communicate well and are very friendly. Let me know if they couldn’t come on an assigned day. Answer questions and concerns.

Easy to work with. All needed services were provided so I didn't need to look for others to fertilize, blow out sprinklers, aerate, or do yard cleanup this Fall.

Great team, I have rentals and plus my own home and they do a great job. Like with dealing with people we also have problems. American Lawn care gets right on it if there is a problem. One season so far great!.

Hard to reach on the phone-had to make several phone calls to get the service, and to continue service after the first week . Seemed nice once they got back to me and I was fine with the work until we questioned them about some damage to a travel trailer. When the guy got back to us he said that the dog knocked over a wheelbarrow and caused the damage. The nature of the damage didn't match up to what my husband thought would've happened (my husband has worked many accident scenes as an officer ), and asked the guy to come by to take a look . The guy became angry . He claimed that we were only after money from them and with my husband, more than anything , wanted an explanation , or at the least a note left explaining what happened . Long story short - The guy called our home a curse word, and he called various other things of ours, including my husband a curse word , and that he would refute reviews -stating that we only wanted money from him or the company . Biggest complaint would be lack of communication . Would have been happy to move the camper over or make arrangements for the dogs.

I hired them and after 1 month, they changed their business model to not support homes or my area.

Even though we got off to a rough start due to my stupid phone, these guys did a fabulous job. You would have had to have seen my back yard to know how hard they worked to just mow the law. It looks great and since they'll be coming back each week, it will stay that way. Whew!

Based on their first visit, yesterday, I am very impressed with the two gentlemen who came to do the work! Both were so pleasant and showed me a great deal of respect and were very mannerly! I really liked them both very much!? Their work was excellent!
